Great hometown bank

I have never had an issue with Everwise, or teachers credit union when it used to be named that. Always had very fast and efficient resolution with anything I needed. Tellers have always been great, fraud protection has been top notch too. I recommend them to anyone.

Don't let life happen with these guys

So I got behind one month in July 2025 my payment is 800 okay so I start paying extra as soon as possible. I pay weekly so I can track it better and make it easier well I paid an extra 300 one time then another time I paid an extra 170 then theres a time id pay an extra 70 dollars I send at the very least an extra 5 dollars every week. then send big amounts when I can but they have consistently made sure I have stayed past due here we are in January 2026 and somehow after my past due balance says 0 now when my due date hits ill be back to 400 past due. the way there system works if you fall behind one month due to reasons out of your control they harass and throw threats out there they wont help you wont let you use skip a pay so you can try to get caught up. you have to be current to use skip a pay I know I have paid enough money to catch the account up but they just keep putting me behind again and charging me for it. I don't believe they should be able to get away with that its very predatory this bank is not for blue collar people working a job. I would be very cautious if you deal with these guys on anything they have literally kept me behind while I have been working my butt off to catch up a month. crazy a month behind shouldnt be this difficult to catch up they really need to do better it seems like there system is the one behind not me. and they set it that way on purpose im gonna make a big fuss about this until it reaches someone that can help hold these guys accountable.

Thank you for your attention to this matter lol
