There used to be authentication problems, but Bending Spoons appears to have fixed that :) I need Linux support, and they don't have that. If I switch to something else, that'll probably be why... See more

It's easy being green
I've been a daily user of Evernote Professional since 2014. It's perfect for helping manage my ADHD brain and the new AI features are like having a personal assistant.
Too expensive for what it's offering
Too expensive for what it's offering. The quality of updates is just as expected for a company this size (in terms of its userbase population) but they may be too "small and frequent" for some. Occasional minor bugs but these are normally bearable. Price kept increasing by more than 2-3 times per year which is quite unreasonable for the average consumer (even myself as an avid note-taker). Too much use of AI including the customer support and feature request section which is not commendable.
I can use it on my PC, my phone and my tablet
I can use it on my PC, my phone and my tablet. I like the way I can assign shortcuts to notes I use often. I find tables are hard to use, and when imported from Word they are almost uneditable. But overall, I don't know what I would do without my friendly elephant.
Avid, but angry Evernote user
I am an avid Evernote user and have been for 20 years. This review hurts to write it. Since Evernote has been purchased by Bending Spoons and to some extent a little before, Evernote has been steadily and aggressively raising its prices to the point that I am desperate to leave but have not done so yet. At first it was subtle increases every year, then larger increases annually and for the last few years their strategy is to discontinue whatever plan you are on and only allow renewal on a new "improved" plan that is 30-50% more expensive. It is incredibly frustrating and deceitful. I have gone from paying $28/yr to $299/yr over the last 5 years. IMHO, that is completely ridiculous and they do not seem to care at all about loyalty or what is reasonable. They make a ton of enhancements/updates, which is nice, and the product is good but stop killing your customers with drastic increases. At some point that cannot be the answer. I think there are other packages that do the same, I just have to spend the time converting 20 years of notes to another package. It is a shame as I was a true believer and always sung the Evernote praises but cannot anymore.
The sidebar and all my notes…
The sidebar and all my notes disappeared. This has happened a few times. No clue. It took Claude to suggest to me that if I dragged the window to extreme size from the left all the missing information would reappear. Ridiculous. Plus you MUST make it possible to print SELECTED TEXT from a note, rather than having to print the ENTIRE NOTE.
What is the matter with you people?
Too damned expensive.
I really love what Evernote does. I find the note taking and sorting system is just the best in the business. But they've raised their price to a ridiculous level and thrown a useless AI into which literally no one wants. I love the product still... but I am also being priced out of the Evernote ecosystem.
simple and efficient
A tool packed with colorful features is useless if the user doesn't know how to use it. Evernote is easy to use because it resembles a paper notebook, yet it offers powerful search capabilities.
I believe a visual way to see the relationships between notes—like a tree structure—would be a very valuable feature.

I've been a user of Evernote since…
I've been a user of Evernote since 2011. I've seen the ups and downs over those years, but honestly, since Spending Spoons made the purchase, the company has done a full U-turn. The number of features they're releasing and the support and development they're applying to the product is second to none.
I've actually cancelled my Notion subscription as a result of the changes they've made.

My literal "second brain" - Premium user since 2010
I have been an Evernote Premium customer since December 27, 2010. It is literally my "second brain," holding nearly 3,500 notes since day one. I use it every single day across all my devices: my cellphone, tablet, laptop, and desktop PC. What I appreciate most about Evernote is its incredible stability, seamless accessibility, and ultimate flexibility. It is an indispensable tool for my daily organization.
Need drag-and-drop functionality
I would appreciate a more visual and intuitive method for moving individual notes between notebooks. Improving this workflow with clearer UI elements, drag-and-drop functionality, or other visual interactions would make note organization much more efficient and user-friendly.
love the updates!
It really is my second brain LOL
It really is my second brain LOL! I have been keeping personal notes in Evernote for over a decade and I love it. I put my packing lists, party planning, journal entries, creative ideas, everything - into Evernote. It pays for itself.
If I could get rid of them I would
they changed their pricing structure and I feel like they are ripping people off now. support is not useful , especially for the price
I have been using Evernote since 2007
I have been using Evernote since 2007. It is THE place where I know I can get answers when someone asks me some arkane question like, what are the RGB numbers for your corporate logo - or - why did we make that decision 6 months ago.
Evernote - don't leave home without it.

The billing is unclear and I feel Evernote is often looking for opportunities to bill more. no GPT connector this needs to be worked on
