Similar to many other reviews here - much of our experience was great. Big thanks to Philip Leonard who helped us with the original quote and to Del and his team (including scaffolders) who did the roofline installation for us. All delivered with friendly, high quality service. We're really happy with the work and would recommend this team for anyone in Merseyside. One of the sales staff perhaps needs some staff training (also recognised by other reviews on here). But we're delighted with the work that was done and the team who did it. Thank you

Well, that was a first. The sales person who came over had been here 2 years ago to quote me when the price was ridiculous.

Anyway he was here today the price was inflated of course and i negotiated as is expected but
A Chap who covers the west London region from Everest was just super rude and arrogant but i preserved as they are leaders in this sector and in the end i got the price down to a reasonable £13k.

On a call to pay the deposit with his person from that team and all of a sudden my deposit has been changed from £250 to £2k which is a massive jump. Apparently only those on finance deals get £250 deposit which may be true but when i was not happy to pay the £2k deposit and asked him to wait a day his rudeness was on full display and he stormed out in a strop.

Maybe he had enough tire kickers the last few years but in his profession he should be dealing with it professionally.

I am sure he is great at his job but from i interacted with this time, he needs some serious training.

But the real loser is me, as i will now have to find a local supplier and likely not end up with the best product even though i'll save another 30% on costs but that was not my goal.

We are so pleased with the whole experience with getting a new front door from Everest. You defintely get what you pay for. Very professional team and premium quality product.

The sales rep turned up bang on time so 1 star earned for that. Like many reviews have stated, extortionate pricing to start off with and they make you feel like they are taking care of you by adding so many big discounts. Still came to almost triple the price we got from a different company for the same door!

Also, we got a Black Friday deals email spam today. Turns out that the email addresses of everyone that received it were clearly visible. Turns out that the blurb in the "Data Security" section of their privacy policy is a lie.

Avoid these vultures at all cost!

Unfortunately you can’t give a minus on this star scale.
We ordered a new Front Door, pushy salesman unbelievable pricing and a constant repetitive assurance a “Precision “ surveyor would do the measurements!
The door arrived didn’t fit and damage was extensive, walls ceiling skirting board plaster, door header etc.
The installation manager was called photos taken etc.
No reply no site visit no apology nothing
Complaint to Customer services nothing.
14 weeks before a paltry reduction was made.
I never normally read reviews but will definitely do so from now on.
Please if you want to keep your sanity and your beautiful home,

I contacted and booked in someone to price up my windows. Someone called me the day before to confirm, I agreed. Someone called me on the day just before the appointment to say they had just been to an appointment in Sheffield so wouldn't make it. He initially wanted to rebook but asked when I wanted to get the windows done and as soon as I said not until next year, he suddenly didn't need to come out at all and said if I whatsapped photos of the windows and measurements, he could give me a quote that night. So I went to the trouble of measuring all my windows, sent the photos over with the measurements. He never even read my message.

I made an appointment and received an email saying "We've received your Appointment Request" and that someone would be contacting me.

No one contacted me and no one turned up at the agreed time!

What an absolute joke of a company!! Arranged for them to come round and the guy cancelled the day before, rearranged for today, Sunday 23rd November, only for them to not show up, rang to see where they were and the lady on the phone went straight to "let's rearrange". No chance! We won't be rearranging with Everest because we won't be using them. They don't care about customers time or wasting our Sundays sat around waiting for them. Absolute JOKE of a company!!!

Same as other reviews. Over the phone we fixed for their rep to be at mine at 10. I'd described the job, and they'd said probably a grand, which would have been fine. I'd have asked for quotes for two other windows, so they missed out on a few thou here. Their follow up call confirmed the time. Then, no show. No explanation. Only plus was that I got my lad to tidy his room in anticipation of the chap arriving.

Andrew was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to go through all the options in detail, making everything clear and easy to understand. He wasn’t pushy at all – just genuinely helpful and focused on finding the best solution for us. Really appreciated his patience and expertise. Highly recommend speaking with Andrew if you’re considering Everest!

Well… The sales pitch is horrific! The technique used is disgusting price started at £25,000! And ended at £11,000… What this clearly demonstrates is the more vulnerable a person is the more they will be extorted for the same product and service. My honest opinion is that practice should be outlawed… However from agreeing on the price I was willing to pay to the survey and the incredible quick turn around I was impressed. The installation took 2 days with some bespoke soldier courses to contend with and horrific weather on the first day the two gentlemen installing my windows were a dream. Polite, professional and a genuine want to do the job properly! Steve and Harry are a credit to the firm!

Again make sure your not embarrassed or afraid to walk away, I’m honestly gob smacked that they still get away with criminal approach to pricing!

i had booked a free quotation. it was confirmed. However designer had not turned up. No contact . Poor service and unprofessional !

Rep came out , looked at 7 windows and said I would be looking at £15,000 , then looking at around £2,000 for a front door,

Absolute useless rep , spoke to me with terms of bro etc , very unprofessional

Requested a quote via website. No one bothered to respond. So went on to chat option via website. Eventually someone responded & said they had arranged for designer to visit. We received NO confirmation of appointment either via text or email. I contacted them a couple of hours before designer was due to visit. They said that the designer should be calling us prior to visiting to introduce themselves & if we hadn't heard an hour before visit was due to take place, then to call back! We received no call from designer who didn't even bother to turn up. Worst company & customer service of any company we have ever dealt with.

Initially telling me the price was nearly 7 grand. Then asked if I was suprised by the price which I said yes to. Then to my surprise he shaved 2 grand off for the same work. Then under pressure he got me to take out a credit agreement which I said I didnt need. I said i could put the deposit down in a few days but no that was not good enough. I cancelled 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned. They say it can take up to 28 days. Why?
There response is there is a procedure to go through that takes 28 days. Bull. 28 days of making money from my deposit. Professional con artists. Stay well clear

In January 2025 I made an appointment for a sales rep to visit as I was looking to replace my front door. I selected the door of my choice and after being informed of the price I decided not to continue.
Several days later I received a telephone call from the rep saying that he was able to apply discounts for this and that and now the same door would cost 50% less and would be made in Everests own factory and it would take around 4 to 6 weeks. I agreed to this and paid the required deposit.
The following week we had a visit from the surveyor to measure up for the new door, we then heard nothing. In late February I contacted the Anglian Windows and Doors regional office to find out why there was a delay, only to be told that there was a 'problem with the door' (that was the only excuse given) . After phoning several times each week and being fobbed off with the same excuse each time, I did ask if there would be a reduction in the final price due to the long wait ( approx 20 weeks) but was told no as it wasn't Everests fault . Eventually an appointment was made to fit the new door at the end of May.
The fitter arrived , removed the old door , fitted the new door and then informed me that the new door/frame had been made too big and he would have to order another door as he couldn't fit the trims around the inside of the frame as there was no space between the hinges and the wall. The following week the surveyor returned to see what the problem was for himself and informed me that a new door shouldn't take more than about 4 weeks to arrive.
More phone calls every week until eventually in mid September an appointment to fit the new door was made, the fitter arrived and carefully measured everything and said the door hadn't been made to the original fitters recommended dimensions and that he could possibly fit the trims but they would rub on the hinges and creak when the door was opened/closed. this along with warped trims around the glass panels on the inside of the door gave me no option but to reject the door.
More phone calls for several weeks then another fitter arrived with the same door the frame of which had been trimmed down (hacked off) on one side and the trims around the glass panels had been stuck/siliconed in place.
This door was fitted and the job completed.
All three fitters were professional and understanding of the situation.
The communications from the regional office however was appalling, no proper explanation given for the delay, they said they had sent emails to me-which I never recieved and not returning my calls.
The door was ordered in early January and the job completed on 11th October 2025 approximately 40 weeks to supply and fit one front door. During those 40 weeks houses on a nearby development have been built, sold and new owners have moved in!
I will shortly be looking to replace all the other windows and doors in my house but if Everest/Anglian Windows & Doors take this long to sort out one door I shall be looking elsewhere for a more professional company .
At no point have I received a formal apology.

Extremely Poor Service and Partial Refund Without Explanation
I am very disappointed with my experience with this company. I paid a deposit and was told a surveyor would visit within two days. Despite several emails and phone calls over three weeks, nobody came.

When I tried to cancel due to the lack of progress, I was told I wouldn’t receive a full refund. They then promised to send a surveyor the next day. The surveyor did arrive and took measurements, and I was told the installation would be completed as soon as possible.
A week later, I unexpectedly received only half of my deposit back without any explanation or communication. No work was done, and I still haven’t received the rest of my money.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be very cautious and go elsewhere. I paid for a service that never happened and ended up out of pocket.

Absolutely appalling service. 2 months ago, salesman finalised a product, we made a large deposit of >£1000. Surveyor unable to make the agreed product and 2 months later, we are still awaiting our deposit. Awful, poor communication, false promises by the team, complete waste of time.

Man, honestly, how you can ask for 14400 pounds for a grey antracit upvc porch 180x220x100 with flat roof??? Wasting people time !!!
