They could have a usa customer number, they could respond quicker, and more helpful.

shh--ttiest company ever.
I literally payed and then i waited for fricking 2 week's, and then i wrote an email and asked them where my order is, they said that the color i wanted was sold out so they asked me to change the color if i want BUT IF I DIDNT WROTE THE EMAIL THEY WOULDNT EVEN BOTHER TO TELL ME THAT THEY ARENT SENDING MY ORDER? wt--f is wrong with them. so i told them i didnt want to change color and i said i could wait till that color is available and then they sent me 2 emails in a row, first one said they have stock now so they could send my order second one said they were out pf stock. So i replied to the first one and i said ok then send my order pls and i asked when is it gonna arrive they said 4-5 days and after 1 week it still didnt came. i first ordered it at august 8th and today is f--cking 5. september almost a goddamn month. Im so disappointed in this sh/tty company. I regret buying from evercross dont even trust them.

Ordered a motor that was out of stock and they communicated well throughout the experience and even shipped it in 3 days for me which was an upgrade compared to the original 7 to 10 shipping!

They offered a $20 coupon and did not honor it

I ordered a battery for a EV08E and received a battery for a EV08S. I have been trying to send it back and get a refund and getting only one response with no return adress. This is terrible customer service and I'm getting very upset.

Good service

Electric scooter broke after just one season of use. Evercross has ignored my attempt to get my scooter fixed. I would never recommend this company. I'd have rated them ZERO stars if I could have. I spent over $600 on a scooter for my son, and he's very disappointed. If you're considering this company I'd steer clear, unless you enjoy being ignored and throwing your hard earned money away. They don't value their customers, or stand behind their products. Complete junk!

I have not even received my product and they ask me for a review. Its day it won’t be here till July 11th and ordered it like may 12th or something.

Terrible service..
I have been back and forth with this company trying to get my scooter fixed for a few months now after having emailed them prior to this on several accounts to ask what could be wrong at the time.. but I was in contact with the company and they were being very helpful then when they told me my warranty didn't cover a part I needed because their product is cheap and faulty I bought it myself.. I never received the order and nobody has responded to the 100s of emails I've sent trying to get my issue resolved... Now my scooter basically broke in half and they aren't responding & I'm left with a pile of junk... Don't waste your money & don't waste your time... Very terrible customer service

So far not so good. I ordered an e-bike through Walmart.com and love it BUT we ordered one for my husband through evercross website 2 weeks ago. Since this time I have only received my order confirmation and no other shipping updates. The expected arrival date is today through the end of the week. I’ve sent 2 emails inquiring without any response. I can’t find a photo number for customer service and email isn’t working. I’m beginning to think I’m being scammed.

We bought an Evercross scooter in October 2023. It worked until December 2023. Have been back and forth with company on parts. No resolution. Company hasn’t responded in over a month now. Warrranty is until Oct 2024. Do not buy from them.

The H9 operates as it's suppuse too. Nice Scooter, great value for the price.
