Pre-ordered Ulefone Paris from this store.

1. They delayed the shipping of for more than 2 weeks
2. Customer service failed to respon in 24 hours as promised. I waited something like a week for first response.
3. Customer service lied about the reason of delay. I've contacted the manufacturer and they said that they delayed supply of this store. And customer service asked me for 10-15 days of "additional quality check". What?
Okay, i've waited for this time..
4. Finally, almost a month late they've send me the item, but after more than a week of waiting it was returned to the sender! Not even received the customs! What?
So, I've wasted enough time. I've opened a PayPal dispute, trying to get my money back or force the reseller to send the item with expedited shipping.
5. First, they said "You've opened a dispute, so we no longer can ship the item". Okay, return the money!
After that customer service lied again, trying to convince me to close the PayPal dispute before the refund knowing perfectly, that I wouldn't be able to reopen it again by PayPall policies. They said we can not process refund, while the dispute is opened! I refused. And finally they returned the money.

Summarizing,
1. Almost 2 month of wasted time with no smartphone, which is essential for my job. (my broken)
2. Lies and cheating from everbuying.net
3. Got my money refunded.
4. Order on onther site another smartphone! Not Ulefone this time!
5. + having spam about wholesales from everbying.net.

I have made order for phone and I have paid for fast postage 3-7 Days I have waited more than 20 days to get my order plus I have to pay extra charge that was not provided to me, Never reply to ,my emails I will never ever use them again

They do have great prices indeed. They are able to do so by NOT having the product in stock when you order it. You buy it and then wait for weeks on end for them to ship it out, or eventually email you saying the product is no longer available. Shipping is pretty fast as promised, but handling is by far not 2-3 business days as the website says. Deceit number one.

While i am okay with their electronics (and given i can wait for a month or three), their clothes are to stay away from. Got a jacket and a shirt, in XL. I normally wear either L or XL. Well, the Chinese jacket barely zipped up, nevermind the shirt. They are both way, way small! I would probably need to order XXXL to fit, and they don't even have that size. Deceit number two.

I wanted to return the undersized clothes. I first contacted them a month ago requesting return info. It has been a pain!! They want to know why i want to return. They want pictures as proof. They want me to apply for an RMA and wait till they approve the return. Or not. All in barely comprehensible English, seemingly translated straight from Chinese by Google Translate... Bottom line is that we've been attempting to talk for a month and the package is still waiting to be shipped back to China. Deceit number three.

Plus, they don't cover return shipping unless its broken, so i have to pay for it. My 2lb package is going to be about $20 to ship back. My whole order was just over $30. Deceit number four. Never, ever again, Everbuying!

PS: Apparently they have a team of people who post good reviews to bump up their rating ("the copyright team" as one company rep called them). Or they ask bloggers to post pre-written reviews in exchange for store credit. Deceit number five. This is awful!

Received faulty imacwear m7 smart watch after six hour use would not charge contacted everbuying waited 10 days for first reply took it upon myself to try to sort fault as no help from everbuying by purchasing replacement charger fron chinavasion at my cost of £11.72
Now over four weeks of garbage replies from them offering solution now over to paypal as dispute lets see if they can sort it out

a friend of mine suggested this site to me, since he had successfully received a mobile phone he ordered. even though it took 4 weeks to be delivered which is understandable since it was delivered via internalion economy post or whatever they call it.

so i made an order of 420usd. i tried to pay via paypal but due to a problem at the time i couldn't so i paid via western union(400 usd because they offer a 5% discount when you pay via WU). the order was made at 27/9 and the payment at 9/28.

as you can all imagine the order is still in processing status and they barely answer my complains and enquiries. BUT when I informed them of the WU payment, they answered almost immediately AND took the money ofcourse.
so from what I gather, they check EVERY ticket but they INTENTIONALLY don't answer some.

Yesterday I let them know through a ticket that if they dont at least inform on the status of the order, i'll demand a refund. still no answer or change

So, in a fewer words, AVOID

UPDATE
They contacted me after my review to let me know that 2 of my selected products were out of stock.
I let them know of 2 possible replacements and after a few days the told me that only one was available so I chose that. Yet again, after a few days they let me know that the replacement was also out of stock. So I told them of another 3 possible replacements and I still wait for them to answer.
They did offer me some kind of refund all those days back, some kind of currency that works only on their site. I naturally refused.

UPDATE
After all those weeks I still have no clue as to what is the status of my order.
So I requested a refund to my paypal account a few days ago and they still remain disappeared. So just AVOID their site and dont waste your money and life on them.
+Even the responses on this site's reviews seem generated
+I highly doubt that all of these 5star reviews are real

Today is 16th day since I placed an order with "Shipment in 24h!" note, paid via PayPal right away and product wasn't shipped. Got ONE reply to my complaint, when I asked for refund, saying that it is ready to be shipped and if I want it still. No sign of life since then. I'll open the issue in PayPal today.
They seem to sell things which they don't have (which is not allowed by law where I come from) and doesn't care about customers at all or has no means to do it. Definitely, not worth saving 5$ which was the difference from other sites price

PS. Just for comparison: I just RECEIVED the case (ordered 2 days AFTER Everbuying) for the phone I ordered here while they still didnt even ship it (nor contacted me)!

Still haven't even shipped my order. DO NOT USE EVERBUYING.NET I purchased a smart watch on 9/24/2015 that they item description states "SHIPS IN 24 HOURS after 6 days of no shipping conformation. I email customer support. and ask if it has been shipped and if not why. Now there customer support Faq, says they will respond in no more then 24 hours.
6 days later I finally get a response. stating that. the item is on back order and they will need an additional 10-15 days to ship the item. ok I decide to wait. since I have waited this long and already paid for it. on 10/16/2015 after 22 days of no shipping information. I decide I am upset, with this site. and will post a negative review about it on sitejabber.com. 6 hours after I post me negative review. I get a response from everbuying, Stating sorry blah blah, and your Item is ready to ship! do you still want it? with in 30 mins of that response I respond. Yes I do ship it as soon as you can since I have waited 22 days for this item!. Now again first response 6 days! I post a public negative review 6 hours! I figure they don't want negative reviews. who does really? So now 4 days after my item is ready to ship email, and my immediate response. My Item has still not shipped. So I believe that there apology was fake. and that it is ready to ship is a lie. Everbuying uses public apologies to make it look like want to resolve customer issues. But not really. Its just a show. Or it would of actually shipped. Most companies get negative reviews and they do there best to ship that item quickly to make the customer happy!. Not sure if I will ever receive the item I paid for!

I am a new customer of Everbuyng. Searching the internet I discovered this website and was impressed by the presentation of species and good prices.
Then I did the registration niousleter and informed of their good deals. Within these I chose a MobilePhone LEAGOO. The price was the best there was. In a few days, I received the Mobile. The packaging was very safe. The mobile works perfectly.
I am very pleased and certainly the Everbuying will be one of the first online store that would choose for my purchases.

Constantly I am doing there shopping, very favorable prices, timely dispatch of the order. Very sociable tech support. I never had any problems with this store.

Initially concerned by some reviews, but shouldn't have worried... The phone arrived quickly, well packed and as described. Ordering was straight-forward and the minor problem I had was sorted out quickly and efficiently by their post-sales support.

All in all, a really pleasant experience

I placed an order over two months ago - no shipping info available and when I contact them - I receive a canned response saying my order is being processed. WHO charges before an item is shipped??? EverBuying - that's who! BEWARE!

Ordered an chinese phone online with a decent price....5 weeks later my order is still stuck on processing and has not been shipped. Raised numerous CS tickets to ask whats going on and extremely poor responce saying we apologise will be sent in a week...week later no shipping! Called them up and she kept hanging up! Same person answering every time. Small buys would be ok but really domt recommend spending large sums here. See previous bad reviews and all share similarities

Seguendo le indicazioni in 10-15 giorni avrei dovuto ricevere il prodotto, invece, a distanza di più di 1 mese, non si ha notizia.

It's impossible. I can't trust the you have cancelled my order before ti be confirmed . I've write that i'd like know how many time in nesecessary as if the ten days starting from yesterday or from order day. You think it is correct to cancel an order without notifying the customer that the wait to repay the money will be equal if not greater than the time it takes to evare order ? Re-run the order I made the 08/18/2015 and proceed with the shipment . When will I receive the phone ordered analyze the product , the delivery method and the conditions of arrival of the package then we will make a review on the major international blogs .
