I really like to shop in Everbuying. There is a large choice of products at great prices. Often they organized various promotions with even better prices. I've never had problems with shipping - orders came quickly and were well protected - sent parcel is always photographed and you can see in your order. I buyEverbuying recommeded many friends - all of them are very satisfied with the purchases.

Long story short, i have ordered a Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 (32gb) from their store and paid via paypal.

After 25 days (the time they stated the item should arrive) i have contacted them for a refund. They requested me to wait for 15 days more (which i did). However the item has not moved since so i came back. They then refused to give my money back and said they will be able to refund after 120 days (period the courier have to officially mark a package as lost). So I did wait for 120 days and went back for a refund after that time.

And to my surprise they said that they will not give me my money back since its not their fault and i have not purchased a buyer protection service (which is like 10-20 bucks) :O !!! As a "kind" gesture they told me they can give me back 50% of the order in credit store... WHAT ?

I then requested help from PayPal and made a claim for a full refund on paypal. Afterwards Everbuing came back to me offering 60% refund o my paypal account or 70% in credit store. I obviously refused. They did another proposition : 70% to paypal or 100% in credit store. I refused again since i already knew they are nasty Scams and cheaters.

So I'm waiting for paypal to decide (obviously there is only one way it will go - ill get a full refund but will have to wait) but in the meantime they try to SCAM PAYPAL by trying to find a loophole in PayPal terms and conditions - sending me a partial refund (~50%) since when the seller does that you cannot proceed with the claim.

Luckily the claim was already done so this changes nothing. It only showed PayPal (which i contacted) that the seller is trying to cheat me and them and made a claim pretty easy for them (i will get a full refund soon).

Tl.dr : DO NOT BUY THERE! THEY WANT TO SCAM YOU. They will do whatever it takes to cheat and scam you at all costs if something goes wrong. They even proceeded to cheat buyer protection system on PayPal.

Ok well, i placed an order for a one plus x phone on the 15th of december. A few days later i decided to google the store name and found that many people said that it was untrustworthy and how they stole their money. This obviously made me very worried. So on about four days later i was told it was shipped but the tracking number didn't work so i submitted a ticket on the 24th as my patience had ran out. They sent me a screenshot of the tracking info and after that i was able to use the tracking number. On the 29th i submitted another ticket as my parcel was last seen on the 19th and i was wondering where it was. they told me to check my tracking info in 3-7 days but to my surprise the next morning my phone showed up. However due to the overwhelming bad reviews i would advise to stay away as i may have got lucky, however if you don't mind the risk then go ahead and buy from there but make sure to use paypal.

I purchased 4 smart watches from this company. I was a little skeptical about it because of the negative reviews. But I had a great buying experience.
I didn't understand the shipping process so I submitted a ticket and customer service got back with me in about 8 hours. They walked me through the tracking process. They actually tracked it for me. I opened a dispute on operation via pay pal PP-004-262-174-145 the reason for opening a dispute was the fact that the seller is a long time did not send the goods from its warehouse. The dispute was closed. But package still hasn't arrived in my country after more than 65 days. So I asked the seller to refund my money back. But he wrote to me as follows : "About your order,we have contacted the shipping agent to update tracking information as soon as possible.We therefore kindly ask that you review the online tracking status after 7-15 business days as this should display the correct status."
But I don't want to wait so long. I was waiting for their product for very long and paid for it on September 19. So how long have I waiting for it ? I just want my money back and I want to buy the item at another store.
In my opinion the seller deceives me and provides me information that is untrue, because at the time I refused to choose another product when I was informed that my item at special price out of stock. That's the way they sell their products luring customers with false advertising.
I understand that I cannot open a dispute again, because I believed the seller that he sent the goods. But now I cannot believe him.
