Recently I bought Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 phone from them.
The phone received is fake!
It issues marketing pop-ups and installs unwanted applications all the time!
This caused by non-original firmware.
The phone is blocked against any attempt to fix this problem.
Updater is damaged, no way to access the device via USB / adb.
Seller suggested partial refund / I pay for the return shipment etc.
Be aware!

so far i havent received my product and it has only been a few days since I placed my order (16/03/16)

but this review is based upon the customer service.... THERE IS NONE AT ALL. I paid for tracking number and haven't received one. so I sent a message and I got an automated reply of "your parcel has been shipped"

No matter how many time I re-word it in a letter I always get the same exact response. I can track my item with the ref number but only to a certain stage. I need the actual tracking number and so far I haven't received it.

I tried to contact their "live chat" and despite me staying awake all hours of the night due to time difference from the uk to china the live chat never seems to be opened. However..... despite that.... it has only been one week since I ordered my item so I know I have a few weeks ahead of me to wait. I will happily change my review once the product arrives. But as for customer service it really is not at all reliable at this stage. All I want is a tracking number that I paid for. and to make it worse... one of the parcels has gone to Belgium airport !!! why not ship it directly to England like every other damn company has done !! so now my parcels will have to go through TWO custom checks which will delay it.

*****Since this review They have ignored all my private messages...their Facebook page doesn't respond within an hour... more like over a day and they only replied once this has gone public so they can try and make them self look good. They send me a reply which still didn't give me my tracking order****

Ok so I got my product and I am really happy with the fast shipment. I admit I was worried about it as I read so many negative reviews, but I have to say the product is brilliant (ulefone power and ulefone watch) and they both came in under 2 weeks. The only reason why I took 1 star off is customer service as live chat is hardly on..i never chatted to anyone as it was always closed and yes... I did take the time difference into account. And another reason is that on my first ever order I got 100 points so went to use them against the phone... but the price went up. so I took the 100 points off and now its on the system as me using it !! but to be honest they are just as good as banggood and better in many ways as shipping is faster and they take a pic of the item before they post it. this was my first order and despite the shock of all the horror stories I heard I would have to say in my experience I had a pleasant time with them, the order was shipped well within 24 hours. Only other problem is the tracking is so slow to update. I had my items for 2 days now and its still saying its in Belgium waiting to be shipped to England lol But this is down to the shipping company and not everbuying. Keep up the good work everbuying

I have sent emails and requested an RMA to replace or refund for a camera that will not work in the US, per the camera manufactures literature, but have not had any response, not even an acknowledgement that they have received any of my requests.

I bought in the store Xiaomi Wireless Bluetooth V3.0 Gamepad Game Console. The price when I bought was the lowest among the rest. item came quickly, and was not damaged original. xiaomi products of excellent quality, and the store did not sell fakes. shop happy and going to buy from them yet

I have really bad experience with this seller. I ordered Oukitel u7 pro. If camed faulty and customer service wrote me to send it back for replacement. They provided me the address so I sent it back. After few weeks I saw that item was delivered (in several tracking systems) so I wrote to customer service if this is correct. They wrote me that item was not delivered and they cannot do anything. I wrote them several times but answer was always the same. They ofered me 30% of the price to my wallet. After few weeks I accepted that offer. But now I cannot use this amount since wallet is not working on that site and customer sevice is always answering that problem is in my mailbox. However I am receiving newsletters from them and notifications. Therefore I do not recommed to buy anything from that seller.

Phone came fast , works fine , no problems. Support responds quickly , there are always discounts , very good prices for phones. There is a system of discounts , is very convenient. I recommend this store !

I find this shop after a good reviews on site androidro.ro. There i saw a lot of unboxings and product review, so i try to order . All was ok, and now i have 4 completed order. What can i say about orders? Only good things:
- good prices (smallest prices for Mi TDS Pen IPX6 or for GV08S)

I bought one Ulefone Be Touch 3 smartphone from them at an unbeatable price on Nov. 29th 2015 and received it on January 7th 2016 (Christmas time makes shipment slower) without any problem and in perfect condition.

I also bought one Ulefone Paris 3 weeks ago and I have it already at home, also to my full satisfaction.

Cheap, convenient, with PayPal payment in case of disputes... what else? Of course you can have troubles if you buy crappy gadgets with no quality or if you have bad luck at customs, but that's the risk we all take when buying in Chinese shops in Internet.

Be careful!! I bought a Aosder 2 Wheels Balance Scooter, the product was not working and I contacted the customer support on the web site. They just responded me with a standard pre-written response without solving the problem. I asked to return the product and after several requests they sent me the shipping address (at my expenses) and promised to refund 160 USD out of 275 USD paid. I asked why and I am still waiting a reply after 1 month.

"Second time in my life I do a review and this to say that Everbuying is my worst internet buying experience ever (and still not solved).
I've ordered the 20/11/2015 a Harman Kardon speaker as christmas present, we are today the 23/01/16, I still didn't receive it but Everbuying has cashed the money in December.

Well..what can I say..wrong items delivered, not responding at submitted support tickets..and in their statements claiming I'm responsible for return costs (even though THEY delivered the wrong goods..)

Why is it better?
1. Low price! I ordered phone Lenovo. Very cheap! Cheaper than Aliexspress
2. Good quality. A month ago, I bought a shirt. Now this is my favorite vesch.
