I listened to many reviews saying to size up which I did but unfortunately it was too big. The dress is beautiful so I returned for an exchange for my size and fits well. I am 5'2 so I do have to have it taken up as expected as its a maxi. It did take about a week to arrive but definitely worth it.

My order arrived quickly, the dress was well-made and a great fit for an upcoming event (my niece's wedding). When I emailed their customer service with a question about fabric care, they replied promptly and in detail. I would definitely recommend this store.

They deduct A LOT more than just a shipping fee for returns. I ordered 3 dresses because I wasn’t sure which style to get. Only took them out to try them on and packaged them back up. They deducted $60 from my order.

I am very happy with the dress I received. Delivery was quick and I feel like it ran true to size. I did have to swap the size, but only because I’m kind of “in between” sizes. The return process was simple and quick. The consultant was pleasant and helpful.

I am preparing for my daughter's wedding and ordered 2 gorgeous dresses from Ever-Pretty. They came in on time and were just beautiful and well made. Unfortunately, I had to return them not because there was anything wrong with the dresses but because I am so short! The Return Process was quick and easy.

I have now bought two dresses from this company. Amazing quality, so well made and gorgeous dresses! A few times I have had to use customer service and they have been fabulous. Highly recommend.

Affordable dresses, I brought a few for a wedding I’m attending, needed return a couple which was a bit of a hassle but nothing too wild.
Dresses are lovely, bright colours and looked just like the pictures.
I would recommend to size up though, the sizing guide isn’t accurate.

I am extremely excited about my new dress this will be my 3rd I love how they fit and the choices of colors and styles.

It was easy to order and they had a quick turnaround. I did have issues with trying to return 3 of my dresses but once I reached out, customer service looked into the issue and allowed my returns.

the customer service was exceptional. They went above and beyond to make sure my dress selection arrived as promised for the ball for which I was trying to attend. The package arrived in time, and the email communication was on spot and very professional and a pleasure to correspond with. keep up the good work.

I loved the dress, but it was a bit small. I went to exchange it but could not figure out how to really do it. Was getting frustrated. Went to the chat and that person was very helpful. Not being computer savvy that person walked me through the and made the exchange easy with help. The product is beautiful and cannot wait to wear it at my event. Would definitely buy from here again. Good product and great customer service.

I have bought a few dresses from Ever Pretty. The quality is perfect especially in comparison to other shops and sites with respect to the prices. Sizes are true to size. Customer service is the best I have ever known. I totally recommend Ever Pretty 100% you will not be disappointed believe me (and I am very fussy).

Great dresses BUT save yourself some money & buy them from SHEIN. I have spent over £120 extra to accidentally when having a browse find the same dresses on the SHEIN website under ‘EVERPRETTY bridesmaid dresses’. They are at least £30 cheaper on SHEIN with cheaper postage too!

The dress was beautiful, but to me it wasn't true to size,it was easy to return but they change to much to return and for that reason I would not order from them again

Ever Pretty have been amazing. I had ordered 6 dresses in total for my bridesmaid and decided to return them and order a different material. I received a full refund but then realised I’d forgotten to contain one of the dresses in the package. I contacted Ever Pretty for a returns label and was told to donate the dress and not return it.

I ordered dresses for my bridesmaids and they are so beautiful!! Perfect fit for all and very flattering - I had great customer service and would definitely order from Ever Pretty again 😊
