Ordered 2 dresses, arrived very quickly and were beautiful quality and colour as expected but unfortunately they did not fit across the bust area. I should have measured! I returned the items after emailing customer services and they gave me a return address. Unfortunately I did not have a signed for receipt (my fault) but they processed the refund smoothly and efficiently and I Will definitely be ordering again as the dresses were really beautiful.. next time I will

I’ve bought my daughter’s wedding dress and all 4 of attendants dress. I custom sized 3 of them and they came perfect. The last dress was was within the measurement I took from her a size 4 and it looks perfect. Thank you ever pretty.

Lovely dress at great price compared to lots of other similar ones. There was a slight fault with the dress I ordered and received, but it was dealt with really quickly by customer service.

I ordered 2 dresses, for our vowel renewal at Gretna Green. I had to send one back, it was a very easy process. When we first married just over 36 years ago, money was tight and larger sized wedding dresses were not readily available. Every pretty has a fantastic range. Prices to suit everybody's budget. When i pulled my dress out of the bag, i cried. When i tried it on (on my own) I cried. I knew this was my dress. When i walked into the forge on my Dad's arm, my husband cried. I asked for a tear, i got loads.
Ever pretty have replied to anything i have asked, sent emails of thanks. If your looking to buy a dress plus size or not. You will have a great selection, at very fare prices. For every occasion.

Dress was amazing quality. I ended up changing the first dress and their customer service was excellent dealing with all my requests!!! I would definitely recommend!!!

Dress came relatively quickly, was beautiful and exactly as the photo appeared. I ended up sending it back, purely because I decided on a different colour for my Bridesmaids but the dress was lovely! I was a little apprehensive about the returns process from reading reviews, whilst it wad a little complicated and you obviously had to pay for the postage on the return, I followed the clear instructions and got a refund back very quickly. Dress was true to size. Would definitely use ever pretty in the future

The dresses I ordered were stunning and beautifully made but unfortunately had to be returned as they were a bit tight. Service from Ever-Pretty with regards to return and refund process was outstanding and will definitely be using again.

The dress was beautiful, good quality material. The dress was unfortunately a bit too big for me and I had to return it.

What a fantastic site - two dresses arrived in a timely fashion and they were beautiful and to a very high standard for a fraction of high street prices - I had to send them back due to being a little too small and to order bigger size wouldnt have come in time for the weddings- but customer services are second to none and walked me through the very easy returns system and refunded very quickly - would definitely use this site in the future :)

Their service was very good had very fast response. Unfortunately I couldn’t follow through with my order and had to cancel it and they were very understanding, quick with their response and we’re very calm on the phone.

I purchased a dress for my son's wedding but it was too small, I contacted Ever Pretty to arrange a replacement and received a response within 24 hours, unfortunately the dress in the same colour wasn't available in the next size, so I asked for the same in another colour
The exchange took place, (I had to pay postage again), and I received my dress just over a week later, great customer service and I have a beautifully made dress, can't wait to wear it now!

There has been problems with the delivery which I had to make a follow-up because it was lost in transit. However, they were so quick to send a replacement which has arrived a day before the event. The dress looks so good and you can really tell it was made with great quality. Will definitely order again for the next occasions!

Dresses are lovely for all occasions. However sizing is a bit small so make sure you measure and read the size guide first before purchasing. Refund was quick and staff at customer services were lovely

Great service and fast delivery, unfortunately had to send all dresses back as they didn't match my colours, the dresses were true to size. The returns process was easy and quick.

Items came as expected.
I had to return a few due to not fitting, but lost the tracking number. Customer service were very helpful in returning payment despite this.

Awful refund process. Bought a dress in two sizes via Debenhams. Neither fitted so wanted to send back for a refund. The refund process took nearly two months!! I had to constantly chase Ever Pretty. They wouldn't always reply and when they did it was just another excuse. Absolutely appalling process.
Also the sizing is so bad. I ordered my normal size and a size up (going by their measurements on their site). The biggest one fitted my stomach but not my chest when my stomach is bigger and is the issue for clothing!

I bought 5 dresses from Ever-Pretty website and they took a little long to arrive (around 10 days) and the dresses are beautiful. I am usually 10 UK and I bought size 12 which fitted perfectly.l and perfect length. However I only needed one and return the other dresses and one due to arrive, I used the chat service to start the refund process and received assistance from Sarah, who sorted all issues for me the same day and the day after with the cancelling a customs size order. The refund was processed immediately and I received them within 3 working days. I read some reviews previously and I was very concern not getting my refunds back but I’m pleased it’s refunded to my account. I want to thank Sarah for being very understanding and helpful in every way.
