Welcome to the future of eyewear

A product at the cutting edge of wearables. Sleek, discreet and versatile. A jack of many trades, but some headroom left for improvement (which is to be expected from a first gen product). Software updates keep making it better and I can certainly recommend it, especially if you are in environments where integrated camera isn’t preferred.

Useful in all situations

The glasses are useful in all situations. I am of not in situations where I cannot use my hands or where just having a HUD is extremely convenient, so these glasses are a life saver.

Great tech that works

I use the G1 as my all-day glasses (with my own prescription). It's absolutely amazing, how subtle yet useful the glasses are. Just a little glance up to always be aware of the time and the next appointment. Giving compelling speeches using the teleprompter feature is a no brainer now. And navigation while exploring a new city is absolutely crazy. Lately, I was using the Perplexity integration, just to learn always the best facts about a building I was standing in front during a city tour. It's tech that works and helps to simplify your life!

Sent the subpar glasses that suck back…

Sent the subpar glasses that suck back with all the appropriate documentation. They stated the glasses were not in the package, and wanted photos. This is ridiculous. Everything was included when returned meticulously. They stated they received everything “but” the glasses. Makes no sense. And now want photos. Huge purchase. And they play games for something that doesn’t even work.

Defective Product and Abysmal Support

I placed my order on 01/03/25. After not hearing anything from the company, I emailed on 01/17/25 asking for an update. They told me they tried to reach out earlier for clarifying information regarding my prescription for which I asked them to provide when they reached out to me. They brushed this question aside and only said that the information I provided was enough they will process my order. When I pressed on them again about the "we tried to reach out to you" I was once again brushed aside by their support. After receiving my product on 02/13/25, everything seemed fine with it, and at the end of the day, I placed my glasses in the charger....and they won't charge. They charge for maybe two minutes but then stop. I have tried every way possible to put the lenses in the case but they just will not charge. This is a known issue but hey just ignore that and continue to sell the product while paying YouTubers to sponsor it.

Due to these issue I have performed a chargeback on my AMEX and am personally going out of my way to ensure everyone is aware of the experience they can expect from this company and their products. They are a Chinese company intentionally lying and masquerading as a Berlin company and that alone should be more than enough to help you understand what you're in for when dealing with them.

Honestly a bunch of theiving lying…

Honestly a bunch of thriving lying shysters. I ordered from them and they intentionally (they even wrote to me saying they knew it was an issue) sell shoddy tech. I bought a pair of AR glasses from them and in principle it’s a great product. The actual computer screen is perfect. Sadly the rest of it wasn’t so I had to complain, due to the complaint taking so long to get to the stage of them admitting there was a recognised issue I am now outside of their refund window. They have massive QC issues and once you have all but given up they send you messages with kneefelling precision telling me not to worry their tech department says the issue is normal and won’t affect my use (bearing in mind the reason I complained always that it did affect my use.

Anyhow don’t use them, all their products ship from china (which I wasn’t clear on) and they don’t ship with any Quality Control.

I even told them I would leave this review and take action with my bank and they fail to respond to that at all.

Great Product

I have been using the glasses for some time, and I'm impressed with the technology that directly displays content in front of my eyes but still maintains this small formfactor.

After missing deadlines with no follow…

After missing deadlines with no follow up from them I had to track them down again for an order update and I got the same canned response “we are sorry for the delay” with no updated promised date. I have no confidence they will ever get back to me except in response to pressure. They put a lot of effort into a slick website and marketing but zero into customer support or any thought to fulfilling commercial orders.

At this point I am reporting this as a fraudulent transaction. TO ANYONE CONSIDERING THIS COMPANY, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
