From my first call asking to arrange a test drive on a MG HS I had seen on AutoTrader to attending the showroom today - every single member of staff I have spoken to has been so friendly and helpful.
Zameer dealt with my test drive and my purchase of the vehicle. I was embarrassed that I didn’t want to actually drive the car as I was involved in an accident last week and the hour long journey I made to the dealership had really pushed me to my limits! However, he was absolutely lovely about this, happily drove the vehicle so I got a feel for the car and answered my questions (even my stupid ones!) straight away and explained everything in detail. He is going above and beyond in making sure I get my new car for when I need it and I honestly cannot thank him enough.
I cannot recommend this dealership more highly, the customer service is the best I have received anywhere in a very long time!

Wow, I rang this morning and spoke to Connor who was extraordinarily helpful and kind on the phone. He sorted my problem with the help of the excellent parts department and did so with care and free of charge. I was honestly blown away. Whilst it may not have seemed a big problem, my car is essential to my life and having the issue fixed without fuss was a huge relief and help to me.

Top management had little idea how to manage the airbag problem.
Having myself found a Citroen dealership to be in a position to fit the new airbags, the team in York acted quickly and efficiently. Full marks to them.
All the problems were from the way the top brass at citroen handled the administration of it all. They caused many people considerable hardship by there poor management.
