Typical main dealership - You didn't fool me!
Booked my Berlingo in for a diagnostic check. Charged me £156 and quoted £1600 to replace Clutch plate & Flywheel that they supposedly found via their diagnostics. Took it back to the dealer I bought it from and they did a diagnostic check which identified only a problem with the electronic accelerator pedal. £170 later, all fixed. Letter of complaint to Evans Halshaw completely ignored. I should have known better than to take my car to a main dealership.

They changed my car registration plate…
They changed my car registration plate for advertisement purpose and made a typo error in registration number which cost me around £60.I called them and ask for help to change the number as it their own fault to make typo error in registration plate. No one contacted me even I mentioned this to them the day when I noticed. False promises was made that someone will contact me on first working day of the week but nothing from then yet
