Absolutely shocking business; arrogant staff. Left a company van there a week ago for Ford warranty repair; work still not been done and they are insisting on invoices to prove other works have been completed by our own in house garage which we do not have; it is inhouse. No one there answers their phones. Disgraceful company.

Extremely poor communication and customer service
My experience with Evans Halshaw has been extremely disappointing, particularly when it comes to communication.
Calls to the dealership are regularly unanswered, making it incredibly difficult to speak to anyone about an ongoing issue. Despite repeated attempts to make contact, I have also been unable to obtain the direct contact details for the manager responsible for dealing with my concerns.
Emails have also gone unanswered, leaving me with no clear point of contact and no meaningful updates.
Overall, the lack of communication and customer service has been well below what I would expect from a company of this size. Customers should not have to repeatedly chase for responses or struggle to find someone willing to take responsibility for resolving an issue.

Disgraceful AfterSales
I received my car after it had been supposedly been valeted, it clearly hadn't, other than maybe vacuuming it. I had reason to contact Evans Halshaw about a problem with the car. I tried to contact the sales person who sold me the car and they haven't replied to any emails. I tried calling the service department and the phone is constantly unanswered.
I tried the 'contact us' section of the website and submitted a message. Despite saying they would reply within a few days they haven't.
I submitted a complaint email, again this has been unanswered.
Avoid this garage, their after sales is a disgrace.
