Avoid them

This year we decided to go to Antalya with another friend couple. After a phone conversation with Eurosun we decided to book our trip and requested to pay by credit card.
2 days after my booking request I received a bank transfer request from Anex tour without any explanation which we considered clearly as a scam.
In addition even when requesting by email to pay by credit card my email remained unreplied during 20days.
Now I am being charged for outrageous cancellation fees as they are considering the client to be responsible of their unresponsiveness.
Don’t book with them if you don’t want to get bad surprise!
They are not capable to reply to client request and are hiding behind abusive conditions.
I now have to go through European customers protection law in order to get the situation solved.
Avoid them if you want to book a trip

WRONG AND FAKE currency Eur/chf

Hello.I have done some bookings with Eurosun but this was the last time.
Living in switzerland i booked with Eurosun.ch,
In the process i can see price in Eur and Chf,ofcourse i take a look more at the Swiss francs total and not Euros.
After a new booking i look the total in Euros and say to myself this amount is strange.
Have done my check and i found the Eurosun have a currency rate of 1.08 instead oficial 1.16 at that day.In the end my trip will cost more 300/320 chf...Amount will be paid in Swiss francs to Euros.
Total was 2781Eur to 3004chf (1.08).
Atractive price to the eyes but not a fair one.
All the People check your total price Reservation when you are booking in other currency!
Enter in contact with them by email and not a word till today.
Very disapointed and no more.
