Brilliant service at a very fair price.

I got stuck in Denmark when the covid pandemic struck - right as I was about to relocate abroad.
Euromovers collected my things and stored them for at a very fair price until, years later, I was in a position to have them sent to me abroad.
Then they helped me get the stuff to where I am now, through a specialist third party mover - and again the service was again both excellent and very fairly priced.

Indeed, at every step throughout this long and complicated relocation process, their dedication and attention was absolutely outstanding and well beyond the usual.

I can see they have some bad reviews here, but I have no idea how that came about, as it is perfectly contrary to my experience.

Sloppy job for an expensive price.

Euromovers were contacted to transfer our personal items from Denmark overseas and while they were very responsive and helpful at the beginning they turned out to be rude and cunning. They quoted one price and then when delivering the goods asked for another because of increase in inflation and petrol. Some of our goods were damaged and not in the shape they were when we first packed and yet we are still waiting to be reimbursed. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use them especially that there are other moving companies who take better care of things and if they damage anything they repay you.

Disloyal people and horrible service! Never again.

We used Euro Movers for storing our things in Denmark and then delivering them to our final destination, Switzerland. Initially, they pretended to be at our service and take care of us but they misled us on many accounts. They confirmed that they would cover any damaged goods but when we received our goods and complained about the broken stuff they refused to pay. When I visited their warehouse to collect some personal things, I was shocked to see the state of the boxes and furniture stacked. There were pieces of wooden furniture going into boxes that wrote FRAGILE and obviously crushed the goods inside. Even the colleague that assisted me said, and I quote "This is horrible. I would never have stacked them like this!" For a professional company like them, you would think they know how to stack and understand the word FRAGILE! Our mattress arrived filthy, a part of the wardrobe glass was cracked, and furniture was scratched and worse of all boxes were totally crushed smashing things inside . We paid a lot of money for storage and for the move including insurance and all we wanted was for them to act professional and take care of our things. But, there was huge gross negligence and they ​​mishandled our things completely. I would never recommend them to anyone and especially do not pay in advance so you have the something to hold them against. Keld Gissemmann is a horrible person to deal with and very unprofessional. Unfortunately the case now has to be dealt with lawyers.

We are surprised to learn that we now are communicating on Trustpilot, and not in the daily phone calls from you and several e-mails to our office. We have all along tried to help and advice you in the best way. But we can´t take you serious when you the day after delivery claims us DKK. 30.000,00 and then again one day later the amount only is DKK. 20.000,00. As we have explained several times, it is true that we are responsible when the transport is National, but we are delivering your household goods in Switzerland and that is international transport, and also the reason why we make insurance. The problem is, that you still not understand that it is the insurance company that has to pay for the damages, so of course we are not paying. We have helped and tried to find prices and spare parts for the damaged furniture, but we didn’t have to do this, because it is now between you and the Insurance Company. Further you wanted to save money and wouldn’t pay for extra packing of furniture´s, the packing in boxes and you used your own cheap boxes and not professional moving boxes, in much better quality. You do not pay for the whole truck and of course we are stacking your boxes and furniture´s. Normally a box can stand for the pressure from a leg of a furniture or other boxes on top, and it was only one box that had the point of a leg pushing in to it, but exaggeration promotes understanding. Your mattress arrived filthy, yes the weather conditions in Switzerland were not at their very best the day of unloading, and again you didn’t want to pay for extra packing for the mattress. We did tell you to contact a cleaner for the mattress an d The crack in the wardrobe glass door, it has been on the road for 750 miles, and a bump in the road and the fact that it was minus degrees and brought into a warm house can make it crack. We know this type of doors and we always disassemble the doors so the glass is not fixed in the frame, but again you wouldn’t pay for our service and making everything packed and ready to be moved yourself. We received an e-mail from you today, and we can now tell you that the wardrobe door is produced in Germany and not Denmark, but we are still trying to help you with this matter.
