The transfer process was almost flawless. However, when I tried to update my own contact address, I was notified that any update would be charged as a trade, hence it would be billable costing twice t... See more

Good service. They do not increase renewal prices and respect privacy. Before choosing this company, I tried to subscribe to the product with two French registrars that required scanned copies of identification documents, which seems illegal to me and should not be shared on the web. EuroDNS takes a completely different approach, respecting privacy, avoiding abuses, and not exposing customers to potential identity theft in case identification documents leak online.

I took out a hosting package...but I bought a domain on another registrar.
I got the nameservers but it was impossible to figure out how then to connect this external domain to my hosting account.
Contacted support and they didn't reply to my email within 48 hours during working days...nearly all other web hosting companies have live support or respond quickly.
Pretty useless.

Good service. Clear and convenient control panel. Relevant services.

The initiative was great in essence, but very interesting also content-wise. The background study is high-level, the panels were well-designed... To be continued.

Support staff always willing to help, and easy online platform to use for non-expert customers

Nearly unlimited choice in domain names and mostly not too pricey.
Their website is difficult to navigate but the helpdesk is great and fast responding.
Been using their services for the past 10 years and apart from the complicated website I'm very satisfied.

I was assisted swiftly, kindly and decisively by support-coworker Ken. I rarely require support at EuroDNS but when I need it I can count on being helped with my problem in a professional and efficient manner.

Very useful recall of deadlines, short reaction and easy to communicate with.

do not enter card data into this service, auto-renewals are deducted without the possibility to cancel them even in pending status

Customer service was quick to respond but wasn’t actually reading the questions so it took ages to get a problem resolved. Resembled talking to a bot even though it was a human. Wouldn’t recommend from a service point of view.

They've put the wrong contact details on domains purchased by me, yet they ask me to pay in order to do a "TRANSFER" and rectify the data. The problem is their UI because, during checkout, after selecting the company profile which I had created earlier, it still did the order with my default private person profile.
EDIT: I was not able to solve this with the support team, no idea why they're saying that.

Terrible customer service, I received a promo code from Euro DNS and tried to apply it.
The code states
MID-YEAR FLASH SALE
GET 30% OFF
ON DOMAIN NAMES
Contacted their customer service and they said its only for new domains but the code says "Domain Names"
Their customer service were so rude and unprofessional with their response.

The easiest platform for domain name registration!
Also support team very helpful and reply in a very short time!

For consumers it is not to be recommended. It takes 3 hours to install this SSL certificate because of the crappy instructions.
Update: I just saw the answer of this crappy company: what a lie! The same crap processes exist since 2020!!!

I would strongly advise against using this registrar if you value reliability and efficient service. Their policy of suspending domains due to a mere email confirmation issue, rather than reaching out directly, can severely disrupt your operations. This happened to us recently when their notification ended up in our spam folder, causing an unexpected hour-long blackout of our services.
Their customer support exacerbates the problem by displaying a dismissive attitude and only accepting complaints through tickets, which adds unnecessary delays to issue resolution. Instead of proactively helping users, they seem more focused on maintaining rigid procedures, even when it inconveniences their customers.
Such practices turn what could be a satisfactory service into a nightmare for anyone managing service infrastructure or relying on consistent online operations. Considering the potential impact on your business or project, exploring alternatives would be a prudent decision.
