Packaged very well, speedy delivery!
Just got my parcel rather quickly (To the UK) I chose to use DPD as I’ve never had an issue with them. It was packaged very well with soft sponged egg carton like material. The bottle is all intact and I can’t wait to try the product, will be ordering from here from now on, thank you!

I placed an order on the 8th of May…
I placed an order on the 8th of May which was processed on the 10th, I accept that because it was the weekend. However the order was placed on your 48 /72 hours delivery. This was for someone who was leaving UK on the 17th -96 hours later. when I hoped the delivery would be by then. Despite several phone calls and left messages, your answer phone said to leave a message and you will get back very soon. Never had a call back.
Disappointing. I had my delivery on the 21st of May. 264 hours later. As far as your robot is concerned, it is useless, takes you round in circle. Back to square one without any real answer. On that basis I will not be placing any more orders and also make my friends who use poppers aware of this. You can track my delivery with Chronopost.

The order was placed on Friday 10th at 8.24pm GMT+1, and because there was no mail collection on the weekends, the order was prepared and dispatched on Monday 13th.
Our offices were closed between the 8th and 13th because of public holidays so we're sorry you couldn't reach someone over the phone.
We didn't call you back because in your voicemail you mentioned you wrote to us so we used only one canal to gather information in the same place which facilitates our team work.
I'm not sure who is the robot you're mentioning, you did receive automated answers letting you know our offices were closed, and then I answered your email while your package was on the way.
Transportation availability or time of processing with customs can delay a delivery to the UK and we're sorry it happened to your parcel.
We completely understand this is a frustrating situation and we do invite our customers to refuse the delivery if it's too late for the event they needed it.
In your last email you said you would refuse so we could refund, but I see you accepted the parcel, so we hope you'll appreciate the products anyway.

Now the important part how were the goods? I ordered two extra strong and Da Ja Vu and the Da Ja Vu are fabulous and got a good buzz from them the extra strong were not as good for me but I’m very used to High strength
