This was quite the annoying experience.
This was quite the annoying experience. Usually everything is great. This time I requested my order be cancelled via right of withdrawal. My email seems to have been completely ignored, something that should not happen when it comes to your statutory rights.
There really needs to be a immediate way to initiate this process, be it via automated live chat or something so the order can be paused before it gets dispatched.
This left me out-of-pocket almost €50. So I think maybe I'll use a different service going forward.

Don’t buy in bulk unless you are sharing with someone. Tried the EVEREST PREMIUM 15ML - WIDE OPENING and it was not as strong as the website advertised. Do not buy too many in one order as they expire within 12 to 15 months if you are not sharing with someone.

Won’t be using this shop again
If your product (inhaler cap) doesn’t have instructions on website on which bottles it fits of course I have to open it to try it. Customer service refused my return for a plastic piece that can be washed and cleaned. It is not like underwear. 34€ to the bin

We don't understand your comment because the compatibility list is visible on the product's page. You used the topper with references we don't have in our catalog and you didn't contact us beforehand to be sure they'd fit.
We did refuse to return an open product. I doubt you'd love to receive an open product that we washed because someone made a mistake when ordering.
We did offer to place a complimentary bottle on hold in your account that fits the topper you ordered.
Feel free to contact customer service next time before ordering and using a product you might not be able to return.
