So I just got my refund, so I said I will update my review.
I suspect many people didn’t receive their goods or get a refund, customer service leaves a lot to be desired and I will never go near this website again just not worth the hassle. This is as kind as I can be after my experience

I ordered this knife from "euro-knife" on 11.02.2021., It came on 19.02.2021.. I got the online-invoice very fast. Took few days for it to have the "shipped" status. Got everything in the mail(Knife and printed Invoice). More than satisfied with the service and the shipping, no defects, secure payment with credit cards and very user friendly site. But most important is the fact that their products got through borders without a problem.

Ordered a knife on 30th Dec 2020 have still not received knife and when contact them all they say is that has been posted and not there responsibility but they took money not getting any help at all now they won't answer emails when you pay £60 for something you expect to receive it asked for money back and they said no would never recommend this site discusted

Good service, good product. Bought a knife, it shipped to Ireland no problem. Very pleased with this company and would highly recommend!

Delivered in specified time with no problems. Box was undamaged and the knife works brilliantly. Not sure if they still deliver to the UK since Brexit but I’m waiting for a response on that now.

Bought a Böker pocket knife, shipped from Slovakia monday, arrived in my mailbox in Denmark friday. Good stuff!

Don't bother. Waiting weeks for 2 boxes. I was told I'll be waiting a few more weeks. I guess they pass the order onto China and the customer has wait the delivery time.

Great product and service. Placed my order and received an email confirming this. Two days later I had a further email confirming that the order had been shipped. Admittedly it took 14 days for my order to arrive but this is a reflection of the postage charged - so I just had to be patient !! Very pleased with the product, great quality and reasonably priced. Thank you.

Ripped off! Ordered a knife 2 months ago and last I saw of my money or heard from them again. Liars cheats & thieves

The fact that Euro-knife company sales manager personally responds to complaints on this review platform gave me the confidence to order from them. I bought a russian Lemax knife. The package arrived in excelent order. It was shipped to the Netherlands. It is a beautiful knife!!

I ordered a Ruike p801sb for a shipment to another European country. The item arrived in perfect shape and before the expected time.

5 days from despatch items arrived as described top marks would defo use again

Ordered knife a tuesday, payment went through on friday, had it in my hands on wednesday even though shipping was expected to take 8 working days

First time experience with Euro Knife

I Ordered my knife on October 30, the knife had an availabilty time of 5-8 (working)days. Received a message by mail on november 6
(in 6 working days), that my knife was shipped to the Netherlands. On the 13th of november I received my knife. So the delivery to my home in the Netherlands took 8 days, which is pretty fast considering the fact that Euro Knife states that the delivery time to EU member states is 8-15 working days!

Possible tips voor buyers:
1) Always contact the customs of your country in advance, if the knife that you want to buy is legal in your country. I did this too, by just asking a question on the facebook page of the Dutch customs. That way I knew that I shouldn't be having any trouble to get my knife.
2) Ask Euro Knife to inform you about the order status by mail when you check out.
3) Ask for a tracking code for your order (so you can track your parcel from the moment it's shipped).

Tip voor Euro Knife:
1) Perhaps it would be an idea to send a tracking code to the customers mail when they order their goods. This gives a little bit more trust.

Overall I'm very satisfied with my knife and the good service of Euro Knife, relatively fast delivery, got well informed about the order status, it would however be nice if they gave a tracking code the moment your order is ready to be shipped to your home. I had to ask for it, although I received my knife the day after I contacted them about it.

Don't buy from this company
They don't deliver your knife and do not refund your payment . I have been waiting for over a month for my package , and sent countless emails without them responding .

Well-packed for shipment (to NL), item as described, good price.

Overall good.

Searching for a shop that has good prices and good stock, i found Euro Knife and decided to give it a go, despite of some rather negative revievs read before buying. Everything went ok, i received the knife in a week.
One note on the rather negative side, is that i was not informed via e-mail about the shipping proces, so i had no information on when to expect my purchase to arrive.
But that is a minor issue, the shipping fee is low for Europe and i presume that a tracked shipment is not possible for that ammount. An e-mail when the goods leave the shop would be great.
Will order more from you, that's for sure!
