Good pricing and easy to use website. The order took a little while to receive, but no issues. Overall, I would shop here again.

The price was almost double what I paid last time. It took about 2 months to get my order.

Ordered an expresso machine at discounted price. Wait for a month due to back order. Customer service provided me an estimated date when it will be shipped and the package finally arrived as promised.

this is scam. they asked your ID with name and address and credit card picture to send to them before they ship package, but after I cancel order they stop replying.

Canceled my order without telling me. After I contact them two times they finally told me it was because they could not verify my identity. They then wanted me to send a wire for a $135.00 order. I asked them to call me or to verify me with my drivers license so I can place my order. After that they stopped answering.

Order was wrong. Card was charged multiple times. Charges don't match invoice and double items sent.

The Boos butcher block is lovely but it was missing 4 screws. It took me 4 contacts to finally get a response and then I was promised the screws. What was shipped turned out to be wrong and I have yet to hear back on when it will be corrected.

Placed an order on 12/26, the confirmation page that popped up after I placed the order said I would receive an email confirmation. Did not receive that. Waited one week, went back to their web site to check the status of my order, it said, "In process." Waited another 8 days, checked the status and it still showed, "In process." They had a feature on their home page titled "Request a call." I filled out the form, gave the Invoice #, name, and my phone number. Waited all day...no one called me. Finally learned thru the chat feature that the produce is on back order, estimated to be 4-6 weeks! Lousy service. I give them a D minus.

90% of my shelf dividers were broken. Some seem to be intentional with the broken pieces arriving in a bag of there own inside the box.

Was in search for fryer baskets for older tabletop model.Your Company was the only one that had saving me over 300.00 from oem.Fast honest service.
