I made my purchase on 14 December 2025 without checking reviews for ETQ. Thankfully, I didn’t read them beforehand, as I might not have placed the order after seeing some negative feedback.
In any case, my shoes arrived today, Tuesday the 16th, and the entire transaction was very straightforward. I’m extremely happy with them — they look great, chic, and, in my opinion, offer excellent value for money.

Stylish, Comfortable, and Worth It

Awfull costumer service - Product not Received
Awfull costumer service.
I order a pair of trainers on Dec 2nd and still haven't received them.
Was provided a tracking number from FedEx but no information available.
Tried to contact them on Dec 9th, asking for an update and received an automatic answer generated by AI.
Messaged on social media and no answer, tried to phone them and no answer...

Poor Quality & Bad Customer Service
I’m really disappointed with this purchase. These £150 shoes caused significant blisters after very minimal wear, which isn’t what I would expect at this price point. On top of that, the customer service has been frustrating. I reached out nearly a month ago and have followed up three times, but I haven’t received any response.
I’ve never encountered service like this from a company, especially one with premium pricing. Overall, the experience has been very discouraging, and I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending them based on this.

Overall - You think you're upgrading from high street brands to this new brand, you're not! Your being upsold by better merchandising and paying for the same as normal H&M items. Wouldn't recommend wasting your money!
I have purchased 7 items from this company.
On the website everything looks great its extremely well merchandised. When you get the items through the post though I have always seen them as average. in person.
I purchased a pair of the TP O1 essence trousers which were honestly just a pair of basic tracksuit bottoms. I sent them back
The P0 02 buttonless polo shirts just look like H&M products in person, a 12.99item that they want £117 for! I didnt send them back because I got a pack of 3 on a deal, but they were definitely not worth it.
ZS02 Marked Black full zip, looks alright, again one of the better H&M products would look the same. The zip broke on the first wash and tumble dry! ETQ would not accept responsibility! It was £94 for a substandard item and their after care - don't care!
Sw03 Half zip is fine, again H&M quality.
ZH 01 Hoodie is good and looks good.

Regarding the return process, we understand that this can feel less smooth compared to other brands. For returns coming from outside the EU, with the exception of the UK, customs regulations require multiple copies of the invoice to be included with the shipment. This is a mandatory customs requirement and unfortunately not something we can change as a company. We do our best to make this process as clear as possible, but we understand it can still be inconvenient.

ETQ shoes forever
I’ve been wearing ETQ shoes for over ten years now and I still really enjoy them. They’re comfortable, they look good with pretty much anything, and they’ve just never disappointed me. Even after all these years they still feel right to wear.
Their service has always been solid too. My orders arrive on time, the website is easy to use, and everything just works the way you hope it will. After a decade with this brand, I can honestly say I’m still a fan.

Fit/Return process
Sneakers fit really well but Chelsea boots were tight on the sides so had the return those. The downside of the return process is that you need to pay for shipping yourself. Great shoes overall though!
