A rough start, but reliable service since then

I signed up for EteSync on 31 December 2025. According to the pricing website, there is a 2-week free trial period.

On 8 January 2026, I paid $48 ($4 / month) via PayPal to become a Supporter and “Double the love for EteSync ❤”.

A few hours later, on 8 January 2026, my account was deactivated because my subscription has now ended.

On January 12, 2026, I was informed by email that my external payment for my EteSync account has been processed and applied. My account was reactivated.

My request via email asking why the 2-week free trial period ended after just 1 week has not yet been answered.
