I’d give a zero stars if I could! I was overcharged when billed and tried to cancel order immediately…within 5 minutes of placing it. They would not cancel and gave some BS reply it was already sent! They did issue credit for the extra dollars charged that was not on the order. It’s been 5 weeks and I still haven’t received the bras! The tracking has not been updated. I will file a fraud claim through my credit card payment. DON’T get sucked into buying from them! ‼️ WARNING ‼️

Do not purchase from this company at all. Ordered 3 new dresses paid £60. The material and the end product of these dresses is horrendous and they will not let me return them. I have over 10 emails and the max they have offered to give me is 14 dollers when I bought in UK pound. You could not even dry your dishes on the dresses as that poorly made.

The company name triggered my credit card company to put a stop on my credit cardm Bcoz of this I did not go through with the transaction. The company still debited my card leaving me paying for a product I'll never see. This morning 3 other companies appeared on my feed advetising the item for approx AUD $20 NOT approx AUD$70!! Ive had to delete and blocked too many companies now. As soon as I know the item won't be delivered I'm blocking this one!

I ordered denim pyjamas. Never received. No tracking information. No emails responded to Beware

Horrible experience. Item ordered 3 months ago still hasn’t arrived, emails to Costumer Service blame local mail and say they are ‘chasing it’ but never write back with update and only reply when I reach out and they provide no information and ask for ‘patience’.

Obviously a scam, do not order from here!

My mom ordered an outfit from here for me as a gift. It cost over $50.

It arrived and looked nothing like the listing online and was cheap quality material.

I reached out to return within the timeframe listed on their website, which says you can return an item within 45 days of receipt (which I was). I was thinking I could exchange it for something else.

They wrote back to inform me asking for photos of the items and packaging and such, saying they needed it to confirm the item (even though I sent the item name and the order number).

Then they said they would not accept the return and offered me $6 instead. Slowly after my insistence, they went up to $14 which they said was the "maximum" they could give.

This website is ridiculous and a scam. The products are not as listed and their return policy is a total lie. Do not order from them.

The quality of the item was very misleading. It was cheaply made and I wanted to return the item, but they don't do returns. They don't tell you of their NO RETURN's until you get the piece of junk item. You are dealing with a foreign company that is ripping off customers. Very unhappy. I would NEVER use them again.

Product arrived damaged and would not work. They willnot reply to my emails any longer. They wanted pictures then a video of something broken, I sent pictures but nothing from them. I purchased the northern light piece of plastic waste!

Fraudulent pricing practices. At check out you will be quoted the item price and shipping with a converted currency price for your country. However this is all you can see. Once your payment is processed you get charged an excessive amount. I chased it up in less than an hour and requested an immediate cancellation and refund. They claim it’s already been sent. Very dodgy and unhelpful. Highly suspect this is an intentional scam! Beware!

My product Aurora Borealis Night Light Projector. was received late as I wanted it to be a Christmas present to be sent out of state. Was ordered 11/29/25 & did not receive it until 2/26/25.
When I took it out of the box to look at it, no instructions included, looked nothing like was posted, the remote for the light is cheaply made & does not work at all to turn the light on/off much less any of the other options on the remote work. I ordered 1 for myself & 1 as a gift. I am absolutely NOT giving this as a gift to anyone due to the poor quality of the light & remote. Forty some dollars totally wasted!!!!

I am very happy with my purchase (ambient lamp). Email notifications are behind reality, as today tracking said with US customs checks, then bing bong, it's here, three days before Christmas. Perfection!!

Ordered from the website, charged more than what is on my invoice. Item received two weeks later, looking nothing like what I ordered such poor quality, they gave me a product that would cost no more than £5 yet charged £43. Won't allow me to return or refund. Absolute scam of a website. AVOID

*1 star - Avoid Eternipeace at all costs!*

I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience with Eternipeace. I ordered goods from them, but they failed to deliver. When I reported the issue to their customer service, they simply told me to contact Royal Mail, claiming it was their responsibility. However, when I reached out to Royal Mail, I received no response or assistance.

What's even more appalling is that when I went back to Eternipeace, they continued to push the blame onto Royal Mail, without taking any responsibility for their own failures. This lack of accountability and customer care is unacceptable.

I strongly believe that Eternipeace is taking advantage of their customers, using Royal Mail as a scapegoat to avoid their own obligations. It's clear that they're more interested in making sales than in providing a genuine service.

I would advise others to steer clear of Eternipeace and avoid the hassle and frustration that I've experienced. Until they take responsibility for their actions and improve their customer service, I wouldn't recommend doing business with them.

I have never experienced such poor customer service from a salesperson.
Today, I received the sunglasses I ordered from this website, and they arrived with deep scratches on both lenses.

I contacted the supplier to resolve the issue, but they refused both to issue a refund and to send a replacement product free of defects. This level of service is unacceptable.

Bought two pieces of underwear. Went to a lot of trouble to measure and convert sizes. I bought a two pack, one fitted he other completely the wrong size. Will never buy from this company again. Not recommended.

they sent an extremely low quality product. Completely different from what was advertised.

Now they refuse to accept the return of the product.
