Awful curler, would not recommend I’ve tried multiple times and it’s dreadful never curled my hair! Save your money it’s awful

I don’t really understand negative reviews, and I usually never leave any, but seeing a negative one made me want to share my honest experience to set things straight. I’m honestly so impressed with EternalMuse, the whole experience was amazing. The team replied super quickly and were so helpful with all my questions. My order arrived in just 2 days, and the packaging, wooow, this really make me feel special. You can tell they really care about the little details. I’m already making my wishlist for my next order. Huge shoutout to their customer service they truly make shopping feel personal and special. Definitely recommend

Scam fraud company. I ordered the product back in January 10 months ago. They never shipped it. I emailed customer service they never followed up with the order or refunded me. I’m no reading this happened to a lot of people too.

Firstly the packaging wow stunning so luxurious and the presentation 😍 just feels like a total experience to receive this parcel. Secondly I have tried a few heatless curls and failed, uncomfortable and give me a headache. When I tell you that I didn't feel I thing sleeping on this product it was like sleeping on a cloud! The tips and tricks on Tictok really good and helped me. First time using the original heatless curler and I was blown away! Waiting for another fail my mouth was on the floor when I took it out! The curls last all day turned into beautiful waves! I couldn't believe day 3 hair could look this good! Honestly the product is well made, high quality, comfortable and just stunning lost for words so much the next day I have ordered the jumbo curler! Believe me when I say you won't be disappointed, I will never use heat on my hair EVER again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 10 STARS!!

Sent me the wrong size curler out. Asked me to return it then told me I had to wait 7 working days for them to process this on their system and send me the correct item I ordered. They can dispatch orders within 24 hours but not if they’ve made an error. Very poor service. I’ve ordered a few times but if this is the customer service when things go wrong I won’t be ordering again.

Edit: your team did not offer to let me keep the incorrect curler at no cost! Why lie about this in your reply here? I have all the emails from you and this was never offered. I was advised straight away to return it and you would send the correct item. It would have been better if you’d have just accepted you made a mistake and that the timescale took longer than it should have!

I’ve been using my Eternal Muse heatless curlers almost daily for two years now, and they are still just as beautiful as the day I received them – absolutely amazing quality! The Quintessence Mist is another fantastic product: my curls look better, last much longer, and it smells divine.
In my last order a small mistake happened, but customer service resolved it immediately and with such kindness – even though I had ordered with a generous discount. I truly appreciate that.
I’m already so excited to try the curls I’ll be able to create with my new Arion Curler! Before discovering Eternal Muse, I had tried other heatless curlers and thought they weren’t for me. But once I experienced the Eternal Muse quality, I realized it makes a world of difference. Top-quality products and outstanding service!

Honestly I am disgusted. My daughter used her birthday money to buy the jumbo roller, spray and comb which totalled £53.89 (a lot for what it is but it’s what she wanted) we received the item and immediately realised the wrong one was ordered, it was the normal size not the jumbo. Within seconds of opening it I packaged it back up ready to post back to them, they explained it would be easier to return and for me to reorder instead of exchange. In the mean time I ordered the correct size (another £25.46…now almost £80 of her birthday money) a week later I get an email stating the item was marked and they will not be refunding and it will then cost me again to have the item shipped back out to me. They sent photos of the marks we supposedly caused as they say the item is used…The item was looked at for seconds and then put back in the box, so any marks were caused by yourselves not me!! Honestly I am disgusted by their shoddy customer service and would not recommend in the slightest. Not to mention the item is absolutely nothing special and like any other cheaper heat less curler. I just wish I’d of realised this sooner

I have the Honey Alchemy set, the Quintessence mist and two of the heatless curlers from Eternal Muse. I absolutely LOVE all of them - my hair has never been healthier, even my hairdresser commented on how soft my hair was even though I do have my hair lightened throughout the year.

I have naturally frizzy, lightly wavy hair, which is very fine. There's lots of it and it struggles to hold a curl, but with the mist and curlers it's been brilliant. I've not used my heat stylers to curl my hair for months. I own the midi and the original curlers, and I do find the midi works best on my hair from a tight curl perspective, whilst the original on my hair is more a traditional blowout.

The Honey Alchemy range has been really good for me outside the healthy hair. I've got really sensitive skin and struggle to use a shampoo product for more than a month without a skin reaction, but the cleanser from Eternal Muse is so gentle it hasn't reacted at all and I've been using it religiously for months.

The most beautiful packaging I’ve ever received. The way it is packaged feels personal and it goes a long way to make the customer feel valued. Will be purchasing as a gift for my friends and any other new products in future. Excellent company and highly recommend.

These are definitely the best hair curlers I have ever used. My hair is smooth and looks simply beautiful. The curls last longer than when using a regular curling iron or a Dyson Air Wrap. The quality is really very good, and the curls come out PERFECT (I have the impression that the way the rollers are filled is completely different, more refined, which makes the curls so round and bouncy).
I have all types of curlers from Eternal Muse and each one gives a different and beautiful effect. I have already recommended them to many people and everyone is very satisfied. In addition, the products are very aesthetic!

Shipping is really fast (I'm from Poland) and customer service is top notch.

I ordered my heartless curler over a month ago after waiting and waiting and watching the fed ex tracking I finally reached out to the company, they were responsive quickly which is why I gave 2 stars, they refunded my money because apparently at some point in the shipment between fedex rejected my package or the usps not sure, they told me they would resend the package or refund me if they resent me the product they would need to charge me shipping again, which I already paid once and didn’t receive my package due to things out of my control, they should have shipped me another product without asking me to pay shipping again. Then when they did refund my money they didn’t refund the shipping fee. If a product doesn’t make it to a customer and they paid for the shipping it is the company’s responsibility to take care of the shipping cost.

I bought the midi heatless hair curler, made from peau de soie, shame it’s not pure silk but man-made but it is squishy inside and very comfortable to sleep in. The results were very good with a good night sleep.  order 200921

My experience so far has been disappointing. I placed my order over two weeks ago and still haven’t received it. I’m hopeful that the product will be worth the wait, and I’ll consider updating my review after I’ve had a chance to use it. However, based on the shipping delays alone, I’m hesitant to order again and wouldn’t currently recommend this to others.

Got the original size zero heat set. Nice packaging but they didn’t work and I was told to buy more of their products to make it work. I could get a refund if it wasn’t satisfactory, however they have a loophole where if you actually use it they cannot give you a refund PLUS even if it was unused I had to pay $40+ dollars in shipping fees to return.
After reaching out to customer services it was clearly chatGPT generated responses as I reached out on multiple email accounts and got the EXACT same answer back. I don’t know if this is a bot scam site but just beware. I know there are good reviews but please AVOID if you’re in the US!!

Best curler ever! And that is my honest review. Just dry it with hair dryer and use it after. Don’t dry your hair fully!
It took me 4 unsuccesful tries before I got a really nice curls. :D but it was worth!

I love heatless curls, and I’ve pretty much tried almost all of them. This one is definitely the softest and actually comfy enough to sleep in! You do have to set the curls right, but their Instagram has a bunch of tutorials, which I really appreciate. Also, the packaging is so pretty! I actually keep the curlers in the original box because it looks so nice on my vanity table. It is a lot more expensive than the Amazon ones, but genuinely it’s worth every cent. I’m a super sensitive sleeper, and good hair is very important for my confidence so for me it’s a good investment.
