In their website, when you order products there is delivery address section. I fullfilled this section however there is another option to select the way of shipment. I did not see it and it was selected as "collection" as default. I was thinking the products I ordered will be delivered to the delivery address I entered. It can be also seen on the invoice as "shipment address". I emailed them to ask about delivery situation. A person replied to me and told the situation. He also mentioned that it has been selected as "collection". I told him that in the invoice there is a "shipment address" could be seen and it is the address I want it to be delivered. He did not wait, he did not understand and he sent the delivery to invoice address. I emailed them again but no response. I did not like his attitude, and I am in trouble now to go and collect it from my invoice address which is a virtual address. There are lots of other companies registered in this address. I dont understand how they did not solve this minor issue on their website to not create confusion. The salesperson was not helpful at all.

A quality product which was delivered the following day. The manufacturer supplied it in a thin cardboard box which ETC had wrapped in thick card and bubble wrap so that it was in perfect condition. I could not have asked for better.
