The level 2 homebuyers survey covered everything I wanted to know. It was carried out in a timely fashion and the survey results came back much quicker than expected. The report was clear with photos of any highlights and recommendations. This was followed by a call from the surveyor who was happy to discuss any concerns I may have had. Extremely prompt and detailed report provided. Spoke to Dan on the phone to plan and book the survey, which was scheduled for the next week. I needed a Homebuyers grade 2 survey. The price quoted was just over £400 and then a further reduction came through, which brought the price down to below £400. I accepted this and after a few days I now have a very comprehensive 41 page report. The surveyor also rang and spoke to me in person on the same day that he did the survey outlining his findings. I cannot fault the service. Everything was made clear from the start and information provided at each step. The price I paid compared to other quotes was excellent value for what I received and without any fuss or bother. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Really pleased with the survey
Really pleased with the survey. I'd previously used a local surveyor on other potential properties but Esurv was a much more competitive price which also included a written report. Mike Parsons was very informative and explained the whole survey process. Would recommend them each time.

In all honesty, this is one of the best companies I have come in contact with. Staff are committed to discharging their duties with professionalism. I must say that the services they rendered to me was top-notch. The survey report was presented in a very simple language devoid of technical jargons.
