if it was possible to give a negative (-5) score I would. These guys are nothing but crooks. I bought and paid for a new printer and they send me a refurbished unit. Then they gave me the runaround to return. I paid $72.00 shipment plus insurance out of my pocket, for the dishonest sale practice. After numerous emails & phone calls, they are charging me 18% re-stocking fee. I am pursuing through credit card company. BEWARE. STAY AWAY from this site.

if I could give ZERO stars I would. Bought a $700 Panasonic scanner from them in May 2019. Contacted them because it stopped working and needed repair. In a text chat was told that it was only a one year warranty. I explained that in the product spec on THEIR website it showed a 3 year warranty. They kept insisting it was only a year from them. I contacted Panasonic, who was very helpful and confirmed it is a 3 year. Then then did a quick diagnosis and confirmed an issue. Had a replacement unit the next DAY. Packed up the defect and placed the prepaid label on it sent it back. All E Supply would have had to do is give me that Panasonic service number and it would have solved the issue. Instead they lied and did nothing. How I got the number was from another store that sells Panasonic scanners, they were very helpful even thou I didnt buy from them.

Classic Bait and Switch
Purchased a hp 3600n printer on line as "New in the box". Got a call next day saying they didn't have it at that price but have a refurbished one for $15 less. Classic bait and switch. Told him refurb's are 1/4 the price as a NIB. He didn't care so I canceled my order and will be buying else where. Should be able to give 0 stars.

STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY! Ordered printer 2/16/20 and they had proper address but shipped it elsewhere. Reordered on second order and it has never arrived. They claimed they delivered it but did not provide tracking number. They were to get back with me to provide information but never did. I had to dispute the purchase with my CC company and had it credited. Read other reviews and stay clear.
You can't trust their shipping prices
You can't trust their shipping prices. I ordered a large printer. Their quoted shipping price for just that one item was $41.00 making it a good deal.
After I ordered it, they called and said it would actually cost $335 for truck freight, making it a bad deal. So I cancelled and went elsewhere.

They insisted that I contact Konica directly, which I did. Konica said they would send out a technician to repair the item. They have not done so.

Order New - Get Refurbished.
If you order something from them it will probably come but it will be refurbished. They will give you a song and dance how this is Xerox's fault and try and convince you to "try it out" but once you start using it it will be next to impossible to return. Luckily for me, I used AMEX and disputed it (and didn't "try it out"). What do you know, the RMA that had been "working through the system" suddenly showed up.
Do not waste your time with these guys. It's classic bait and switch.
NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered a printer from this company, as soon as I took it out of the box I called the company & informed them that this was not the item I was l needing. I had to pay $156.00 to return it & they also charged me a restock fee of which was deducted from the original charge amount. It took several phone called and emails in a span of 2 months for them to finally refund me the difference. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN....ALSO there were reviews that included comments of bogus charges on peoples credit card after using this company of which also happened to my card in the amount of $400.00.....COINCIDENCE ???? I THINK NOT......

Like many other reviews I read here (I wish I would have found these reviews before I ordered), I ordered a NEW HP Officejet Pro 8100 printer. What I got was a used HP 8100 printer not in a box (but wrapped with several layers of bubble wrap in a shipping box). The printer had broken plastic covers from not being in it's proper shipping box, and was clearly full of scratches and paper dust from being some sort of refurbished unit. The sales order clearly stated it was a NEW unit, which it was not. Don't walk from this place - RUN!

I bought what I was invoiced as a new HP Printer. I received printer in a Home Depot box packed in pieces of Styrofoam. The wrong plug was included and there was tape residue on the printer. Do not buy from them!

Scam organization. Advertise an item, you buy it, and then the order gets canceled. Happened twice....Don't EVER do business with the NJ scam outfit.
Stay Away, Risky and Waste of Time
I only post this review to caution others, and am doing so in my own personal capacity, not on behalf of my employer.
Zero stars. I ordered two HP PageWide Enterprise Color Flow MFP 586z printers on Friday, 03/01/2019, paying $3,893.32. On Monday, when I saw the order still processing on their website, I called 888-666-3788, and selected option 2 for customer service, which forwarded to on hold music for a couple seconds and then dropped the call. I then utilized their chat feature, speaking with an agent identified as "Jon" and was told that there was no issue with my order and to please allow two business days for it to process.
I then called on Wednesday and, again being dropped when selecting the option for customer service, I selected option 1 for sales. I spoke with Jonathan who initially said that the order was for a "non-plug-and-play" printer, and did not include all the various items needed for it to operate such as power cord and ink. I referenced both my confirmation email and multiple screenshots I had taken at time of purchase. He then said that they would honor my order but to please allow a week for it to be shipped.
I called a week later, again selecting sales, and after several tries reached Jonathan again. He began to get irate with me, saying it wasn't worth it and that he was just going to cancel my order. I was firm yet always polite, insisting that they fulfill my order with the promised goods in the agreed upon state and price. He committed to have the printer shipped by March 26th, almost 4 weeks after I had placed my order.
On March 22nd I called and spoke with Marko. He apologized and said that he would mark it as an urgent priority order and that it would ship early next week. I requested an email from him stating this and said I would stay on the phone until I received the email. I received it from a sales email address.
I subsequently spoke with a Janko, Jon, and got hung up on or transferred by Jonathan a couple more times. I was never able to reach Marko again. Six weeks after my order was initially placed I asked our accounting department to contact our card issuer and process a charge back, never having received anything but poor customer service and unfulfilled commitments.
I would advise anyone to stay away.

I ordered from this company twice not realizing they operate under several different names. They confirmed they had the product I wanted and after I ordered they did not but were more than happy to switch my order to a different product. I velileve that is called "BAIT AND SWITCH"
