You should name the product purchased in your request for a rating. I had to do some scrambling to find out what buying experience I was being asked to rate. That said, the product arrived quickly and was well packaged. My one complaint is that I received no email acknowledging my purchase or its shipment. I was about to place a fraud complaint with my credit card company when my order arrived.

Shipping took way to long
Shipping took way to long. Now that we live in a world with 1-2 day shipping. taking over a week is not suitable. Very disappointed in the shipping process.
My other order ESUP-202008060859-544930 which was ordered with in the same hour as this order did not ship for a few days after I ordered it. I still have not received this order yet.

Disappointed
First, it took to long to receive the product.
Second, they sent me the wrong product.
They sent me Myotein advance whey protein complex, instead of
Myotein Isolate 100% whey protein isolate.
Esupplement, the company was prompt in getting back to me, they gave me an apology and credit me the money back to my card, I thank you all for the curtsy. In the future I will be ordering from your company.
