I am extremely disappointed with Esteworld and their complete lack of professionalism. Since September 2024, I have been waiting for a refund of 20,000 TL (around 600 euro) which has been approved by the management and despite countless calls and follow-ups, they continue to ignore their responsibility, giving empty promises and saying the same sentence for weeks (we will pay this week or the following one, this is a promise...)
At this point, it’s not even about the money anymore but since they make many marketing campaign promoting themselves as the best clinic in Turkiye they should start respecting their customers but it's not the case. They don't care about customer, they just want to show-off.
Think twice before choosing Esteworld. Their lack of ethics speaks louder than any marketing campaign.

I recently travelled from England to Esteworld Istanbul for a hair transplant, and I can confidently say it was one of the best decisions I’ve made - thanks to the incredible team that made the entire process smooth, reassuring and highly professional.

From my initial enquiry, Lena was fantastic. I was quite nervous about choosing the right clinic and moving forward with the procedure, but she put my mind at ease completely. She was always just a text or call away, providing prompt, thorough answers to all my questions. It never once felt like she was in Turkey and I was in England - her seamless communication ensured that my journey, from booking to arriving in Istanbul and at the clinic, was effortless. Her professionalism and care made the whole experience stress-free.

On the day of my procedure, I was introduced to Ceylan, my English interpreter, and she was phenomenal. She assisted me through every step, both pre- and post-op, ensuring I understood everything and felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Her guidance made a huge difference, turning what could have been an overwhelming experience into a smooth and reassuring one.

A huge thank you also goes to my hair transplant surgeon and his team, who were truly exceptional. Their expertise, precision and professionalism were evident from the moment I walked into the procedure room. They made me feel at ease, explained everything clearly, and carried out the procedure with great care and attention. I felt I was in the hands of highly skilled professionals who genuinely cared about achieving the best possible results for me.

Since returning to England, my aftercare has been managed by Sanaz, who has been equally fantastic. She is always available whenever I have a question, providing ongoing support and ensuring my recovery is going smoothly. Having that level of aftercare and continued support has been invaluable, making me feel reassured even after leaving Turkey.

Lastly, I don’t want to miss out on thanking the rest of the staff at Esteworld. From the moment I arrived, every single person I interacted with was kind, welcoming and professional. Whether it was the drivers, receptionists or medical assistants, everyone played a role in making my experience comfortable and stress-free. Their efforts did not go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate the care and attention I received from start to finish.

If you’re considering a hair transplant and are unsure about where to go, I can wholeheartedly recommend Esteworld. A very bad hair transplant was done to me by Esteworld. I am giving my review after one year since I have done my hair transplant with full of scams and jokes. My donor area was over-harvested which looks very bad and I can't shave my donor area less than #5 otherwise the whole donor area will be visible and on top of that scars were left in all of the donor area. My implanted hair didn't survive and less than half of the 3900 grafts survived which made my hair look very empty with a weak frontline. The after-procedure follow-ups with this clinic were very very poor. Every time I asked them about the donor area and why it looked like this, the only answer I got was "Wait for one year and it will be better" and every time I asked them about the implanted hair, I received the same answer " don't do nothing just wait for one year". I waited for a full year and the result was a disaster. Very very disappointed and pissed that I had my hair transplant done at this clinic and to everyone think before you engage with this clinic.

The entire experience was top-notch. From the moment I was picked up from the airport until I was dropped off, the staff was in complete control of our experience. My surgery was well organized and went flawlessly. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to get their hairline back.

I did a mommy makeover in Esteworld November 2024. Before I Decided on which doctor did my research and compared both pictures and written Reviews about the different doctors. I chose dr. Bukem Cece. Dr Bukem is so skilled and keeps it real with her patients. We had a consultation and she listened to my wishes and thoughts. For example, I told her that one of my main things. I absolutely don’t want this big breasts, even though I’m a tall girl. She made sure to listen to my demands, but also give her input regarding my measurements, size and what would suit me best from a surgeons perspective. A huge plus and the surgery with the doctor Bukem Is that she herself is a woman and can relate to many things. After the surgery, she took her time to explain and answer my million questions and was being very Helpful and Understanding. She kept me in the clinic until she was 210% sure that I was ok.

If you’re ever gonna do a surgery and you want a really good and super skilled doctor, I recommend you to choose Dr.Bukem Cuce.

The nurses were so nice and taking care of me in such caring way. Very professional and kind. Esteworld is a serious clinic and they are professional. We had our translator Kyril who was amazing as well!

Absolutely 5 stars experience! Everything is well organised. All the doctors, drivers and staff are very friendly. Most amazing are the translators: very friendly and there to make you feel comfortable. And they speak any language you can imagine. I heard German, English, French, Italian, Dutch and even Japanese.

I did a hair transplant and also teeth whitening (while in Rome!). Also did the Acell PRP, which should help to grow the hair back faster etc.

Genuinely happy I went to Este World. You hear some horror stories sometimes, but here definitely no need to worry and very fair prices for everything.

Only small comment I would make: if someone books a lot of things - maybe can give them a small bundle discount? :)..
