Hello My name is FERŞAT BALA İ was on vacation in norway , I rent an car at airport and before i take it back i fuel it at forus esso fuelstation Stavanger. I'd payed with my credit card, I fueld 6,3 liter for 150 kr. But from bank account it's been take an amount near 3000 NOK.
İt's near 10 days I didnt get my bank on account, I write many times no one is giving an clear answer

Price for fuel is to high, products instore are to much. Staff and stores are nice though

They take nectar and don't give you money off pump prices. I have seen lots of reviews saying the same thing. Report it to trading standards I am it's against the trading law not to honour a promise. LETS Fight for our money contact trading standards today.

Called into the Esso petrol station on Thursday 21 September 2023 at 15:48 filled up with £50.17 worth of E5 super unleaded petrol in my classic car after five miles my car started playing up causing it to loose power and coughing and spluttering the car was running fine before I filled up at your petrol station which caused me to breakdown on the M54 had to call the AA to be recovered to be towed home didn’t get home until Friday 22 September 2023 at 12pm in the afternoon as it took four recovery trucks to tow me home this is because your petrol is duff contaminated with dirt and water or could be contaminated with E10 petrol as this would cause my car to not run propley so I want reinbursting for the petrol as I have to drain the tank out now as I,m not happy about this as it’s £50.17 down the drain so I await your reply as I sent you a email yesterday on your contact page but no reply yet.
and spoke to you today was told by Pamela that Greenway are responsible not esso I asked her who supplies the petrol to Greenway she said esso wee do so you’re responsible as I want reinbursting for the cost of the petrol £50.17 plus the four gallons that was allready in the tank as that’s contaminated now with your dodgy petrol plus the cost of two cans of carburettor cleaner which cost £10.00 which I had to spray in the carburettors to clear the blockage in the jets which didn’t do anything this is because your petrol is contaminated with water or e10 which will cause my car to loose power and causing the car to backfire from the carburettors and you are speaking to someone in Romania and when I ask to speak to someone else in charge she tells me there’s no manager to speak to as she’s working from home so what shower of company is this No customer service in the uk

Don't trust esso with their nector points promise, they don't deliver on their promise.

Fuel card service appaling. Website broken, no phone contact number, live chat operative rude and refuses to give phone number promises callback within 4 days from Supervisor/Manager & Technical and Credit control to resolve problem and none of the 3 departments call back! but keep emailing me (7 times in 5 days) saying I have 24 hours to sort problem or my account is blocked (and despite replying to every email - not a no response email address) no reply to any. Wasted hours trying to sort this will just give up and use another companies fuel card for my business and not buy Esso.

New West Esso at 6th and 8th refuses all customers the use of a washroom I have a fleet of vans and I will no longer be using esso stations due to bad attitude and lack of customer service.

I regualrly dont receive my nectar points from esso lawnswood,otley Road,Leeds 16.
Will never go back there.In future use sainsburys,the fuel receipt shows the nectar points added on,and total earned.

Esso punten is a joke. Not even worth the effort to punch your phone number at the pump. For the actual euros they ask you to pay for the cheap garbage on their website IN ADDITION to your points you can just buy it at shops like Action and Lidl.

Esso is the most unreliable fuel station you may encounter all time and getting steadily worse. After my last experiences I will avoid it at all costs. They are ridiculously more expensive than all other stations and prices are generally not listed on entries. If there is price list, they also often charge more than their listing, today bought fuel in Esso Trittenheim, listing was 1.85, charged was 1.94! The colors on fuel guns are not always standard. The cashiers also serve-cook food and you may wait up to half an hour to pay.

Got an ESSO/Wex card via Bluelight and what a farce ESSO are. I have been charged twice for the same transaction and despite emailing the receipt as requested, weeks later I still have not had the money refunded.

If you get a card via Bluelight you are not able to contact them via phone, the only way they will deal with you is by email or live chat. You are dealt with like a 2nd class customer.

Yes, you may save a few pence on their petrol but be aware, they have a history of charging twice (see other reviews) and then failing to return the overcharged money which they have taken from you.

I am now dealing with them through the bank.

Appallingly rude staff at Esso in Peacehaven, South Coast Rd. They provide a Collect Plus parcel drop off service however the member of staff flat out refused to scan the bar code, telling me that wasn't the label. I asked you do Collect Plus here, the person behind the till replied with yes but that's not the label, it won't scan. It says Collect Plus on the label, your employee has just confirmed they offer Collect Plus services there, so what's the problem??? Won't be using this petrol station anymore if this is the type of behaviour I can expect

Unbelievable. I used the car wash on a busy day, and after waiting over half an hour in the queue have been fined £100 for "parking", although of course I wasn't parking at all. Have appealed but was not successful because apparently when you drive in you enter into a contract not to be on site for more than 30 minutes. This doesn't happen at the car wash just round the corner towards Stirchley. Will now always avoid, please take note.

Charged twice for fuel I did not use!!! Faults take weeks to resolve

I applied for an ESSO / Wex card using BluelightCard, all was fine and the card came eventually (Not a quick system).

Filled up with 30Ltrs but found on my invoice a few days later that the garage double-charged me. So I raised this with WEX asap. I am out of pocket. I would chase up every week and I would receive the stock response (We are chasing and will update you soon). However, after 7 weeks I have still heard nothing BUT!!!!! They charged me again!!!!! However, I can not log this under the original reference number I have to raise it again!!! I am now 3105 out of pocket and they are not being urgent about this at all. I eventually spoke to a human and they said they will refund me the 1st one but this will take another 2 weeks to process. So I now have to wait for a total of 9/10 weeks for half of their mistake to be rectified and another few weeks for the other.

My advice - It might be discounted (IF) it works. I believe all Esso staff hate using this system and it's flawed with mistakes. WEX offers no apology or compensation for me being £105 out of pocket.

Tesco Esso petrol station iver heath, noone answers the phone. I wanted to find out if they stocked E5 fuel.

Recent introduction of digital stamp collection doesn’t work and Customer service team has no response/follow up. The digital stamp collection is just another gimmick to do away with its coupon discounts reward.
