Awful and slow service. Not worth the money. Avoid and pay for a better rated insurance policy and save yourself months of hassle waiting for them to settle your clam.

Arrived early morning

Arrived early morning, pulled up in to a space and the van arrived within 3 minutes to collect us and our bags at our parking space.
Really happy cheerful chap whisked us off to the airport, all done so swiftly.
On the return, pretty much the same, collected from terminal and dropped off at the car.
Brilliant service, will use again

Brilliant Lockup & Leave Parking Service

Brilliant service, clear easily understood directions to the reception & parking area. Staff are friendly and for the period of time away, the car is placed in a safe, covered multi-storey space.
Would highly recommend this service.

We shall be reverting back to APH & Sofitel

We booked the Radisson Blu, Heathrow with Hopper tickets & parking included. We have stayed at he Radisson previously so were happy to do so again. We found reception staff (as always) to be lovely however, on going to the cocktail bar to have a nightcap the bar staff were very unprofessional & spoke to my husband in a rather abrupt manner. My husband approached the bar and was told in a rather abrupt way 'sit down, it's table service' had he been told 'please take a seat sir someone will come & take your order' that would have been fine. We then sat for 20 minutes only to watch at least 5 people walk up to the bar and be served whilst a waitress floated round the floor collecting glasses and completely ignoring us. We then left the bar and went to the reception to complain and the receptionist knew without even asking us who the rude bartender was, he asked was it the young man with the glasses? Which we confirmed the receptionist apologised and we were given a drinks voucher however, I said to the receptionist that I really didn't have any desire to return to the bar, he insisted and frogmarched to the bar where a young lady by the name of Veronica was advised to look after us, Veronica proceeded to ignore us and after several minutes my husband asked her if we could be served, she replied 'wait a minute' at which point my husband said 'no, I think we have waited long enough, can I have 2 bottles of peroni and we will take them to our room' Veronica very aggressively got 2 bottles of peroni and opened them then proceeded to practically throw them at my husband. We left the bar area and went to our room in a state of absolute dismay! I worked in hospitality for 15 years previously and have never behaved like this or treated a customer in this way. Despite the rest of the staff, the parking & our room being as we expected we will not stay at The Radisson again and will instead revert back to our favourite Sofitel.
Another issue we had was that we had paid in advance for our Hopper bus transfers from the Radisson to the airport outbound & for our return, we ended up along with other paying for taxis to get us to the airport as the 2 buses that did turn up in the hour that we waited were for T4&T5 I asked about the bus for T2 and the drivers were not able to provide any information as to why they had not yet arrived. So we ended up paying £16 for a taxi to T2. On our return flight we opted to pay £14 for a taxi back to the Radisson to collect our car rather than wait again and I am glad we did as we were on our way home and the Hopper bus passed us. All in all apart from the actual parking facilities & the room we didn't feel we had a very good experience. I usually book our parking & hotel with APH who are excellent each time we use them, I used Holiday Extras this time on the advice of a friend who used to work I the travel industry, needless to say we won't use this company again, we feel we were caused unnecessary stress at the start of our holiday which given how stressful our working lives are we could have done without.

Whole experience simple and smooth .

Whole experience simple and smooth and reasonably priced - very pleased!

Only two small glitches.

1: At NCP car park no paths and had to wheel cases over stony ground which caused some damage to bottom of case. Only alternative was 200 yard walk along roadway and getting a bit too old for that!

2: Telephone number on documentation was for head office not local carpark and head office closed at 06.40 in the morning. Eventually found another telephone number at bus stop information board but didn't use it as bus turned up at Terminal 2 to take us to car park.

Would use again.

Great customer service

Great customer service, staff were amazing as we had left luggage on carousel they gave great advice and took our other luggage back to reception whilst we waited at the airport.
Only drawback was the potholes in the car park.
Thank your staff for us please

First time i used Essential Travel and Low Cost Parking. From the friendly service when we arrived to drop the car off, to the punctual pick when we arrived back, it was a pleasure. Good location, 10 min drive from airport and very reasonably priced. Would use again if going on a trip from Edinburgh Airport.

Great service

I booked online this was a straight forward process, the sat nav took me straight to the parking area process here was fast and efficient within minutes we where on the bus to the airport. Driver was very helpful given us advice on where to go when getting off the bus the journey to the airport was very quick. On return we phoned the number got answer machine went to the stance and the bus arrived within minutes. Only thing i would say is listen to the whole message if you get a swer machine i didnt and the driver did not have us as a pick up but took us back no problems drivers and office staff where very good. Top class service would definetly use this service again.

Appalling Service

We returned on a late flight with two small and very tired children. The office was busy with lots of flustered looking people using a new system adopted for locating your keys, which appeared flawed as several customers were waiting to collect them. It would have been faster to locate them ourselves. We were then told that our car was parked in "Green Zone", not next to the Meet and Greet office, which is customary whenever we have used the service before. It is why we book meet and greet because of the convenience when departing and arriving back from travel. Green zone after a lengthy explanation, was back in the direction we had walked from the terminal and past the hotel. This I presumed to be the Radisson hotel and we set off with our luggage to locate the car. After ten minutes we arrived at a car park. The signage was non-existent but we managed to discover from a small notice in the pay station that this was in fact the Green Car Park but no sign of a Green Zone. We set about locating our car which is large with a roof box so easy to find you would think. After 30 minutes I was exasperated at being unable to find it. I walked up and down every car park row and even went to the hotel. I also went to the adjacent car park and spoke with an attendant and asked where Green Zone was for meet and greet parking. He did not know but told me that next door was indeed the Green Car Park. I went back to look again and luckily a fellow traveller pointed out that there was a further section of the car park, signposted as Blue Car Park which had some other cars and when I checked we eventually found our vehicle. This was one hour later after leaving the terminal. I am not certain what has happened to meet and greet but if this is now the norm I will save myself £50 and park in the mid term car park and take the bus because it will take the same amount of time to reach my car!
