Essentials Pharmacy and Aesthetic clinic Reviews 

I had an enquiry about my double payment and I was pleasantly surprised that I had a prompt reply, that says a lot for customer services.

Trusting the reviews below, I ordered some goods recently. I received an automated response, confirming the order and the money was taken from my account. Then I heard nothing. I emailed, to no response. I emailed again...still no response. They advised on their website that the customer assistance number is 0207 404 8808, but when you chose the online ordering option, it tells you people are working from home and you cannot leave a message. Today I called and went through to another department to cancel my order. Very disappointing as I had considered the reviews below to be positive. Other companies are managing to support customers at this trying time. Essentials clearly don’t want to keep customers. They are happy for revenue to simply walk out the door!

Fast delivery, good product.

Was great, I found all the products I wanted for less than anywhere else. It all arrived in less than 2 days and even got some samples thrown in too!

I placed an order, paid in full, waited well over a week.....nothing. I was about to email or ring to chase them then today a Paypal refund arrived. No explanation, no email, no apology, nothing, just a refund receipt from Paypal! Truly awful customer service. They had my money for well over a week and now I have to wait another week for it to be returned via PayPal. No communication at all. What a completely horrible company to deal with. Was hoping to place a very large Dermalogica order as a follow on, clearly will now go elsewhere. Please avoid!

I regularly order my skincare products from Essentials London. The range is excellent and I particularly like the generous discounts off the price of the products. My orders are always despatched within a day or two of the order being acknowledged and its sent by recorded delivery giving me confidence it will be well packaged and delivered quickly. I recommend Essentials London to friends and family.

I ordered the products but 9 days later have received nothing. I sent an email but have not heard back. There is no phone number on the website. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

A prompt delivery was a pleasant surprise in this time of difficulty. It became overshadowed by a mix-up on payments and no response initially from the Company. Although it took a few attempts to make contact, I am delighted to say that the issue is now resolved and this Company was not at fault in any way.

Absolutely disgusting service, and I wish there was an option for a 'zero star' rating. If I wasn't almost 77 years of age I could have walked the 40 miles and collected my order in person 13 days ago when the order was placed with this company. I will NEVER spend my money with Essential Pharmacy ever again and hope others will read these shocking reviews before placing their order.

Terrible service. I ordered 2 items. I received no receipt for payment, no delivery, no emails. When I called 2 weeks later I was assured I’d be called back within the hour after investigating my order. I received no phone call. I called again and got a dismissive telephone representative who showed no concern and made no apology. Bad service, bad customer service.

On 6/12/18 ordered 10 items. Essential Pharmacy marked the delivery address as being that of their head office and when I called them 2-weeks after the order being placed (a very off-hand telephone representative) confirmed that they had notified me via email as this being the reason for non-shipment and that the order would now be dispatched. I have not received any communication from them since placing the order and have not received the goods I had ordered. It appears that this site is a SCAM site - Do AVOID and use another supplier rather than waste time and money as I have done. I would review the one star reviews as the others may not reflect the true position of this business (Need I say more??)

Bought from them several times, normally a good experience. Sometimes it takes longer to have your parcel, sometimes you discover quite late than an item is no longer available. I won't say bad, but not great either
