I was offered a free sample oil

I was offered a free sample oil, which I never received. I now believe this offer of a freebie was a ploy to gain a database of addresses & wonder if I was the only customer who was duped? After several emails from them explaining of a delay due to overwhelming demand, I was told it's on its way. It never came. I emailed the company to notify them of my missing oils on the 25.3.17 to be told it was dispatched on the 16.3.17. It must've been lost in the post, they'd resend. Great I thought. 4.4.17 today... Still no oils. Not impressed.
