Found out through the Producer Michael channel, Essential Watches gave me my start in watch collecting and I'm eternally grateful to Seth, Michael and Adam for opening my eyes to this world!

Fred (Freddy) Brown of Essential Watches is an excellent salesman. Courteous, punctual, and trustworthy. I purchased a second hand Omega Constellation as a gift for my mom. Freddy provided me with pictures in a timely manner and took care of everything from start to finish. He sent me the wire information for their bank quickly, confirmed receipt of payment the next morning, and had the watch shipped overnight from the east coast. When the watch arrived in California he sent it to their local jeweler for a final touch up free of charge. On top of that, the watch was “certified pre-owned from Essential Watches” and comes with a one year warranty! This review is long overdue.. I wanted to wait a while before writing it to make sure there were no problems with the watch and then life got kind of busy. It has been a couple of months and we have no complaints! If you are considering purchasing a watch from Essential Watches you have nothing to worry about. Make sure you ask for Freddy!

I was leery of selling my watch via a third party, but was impressed with my interactions with Fred Brown. He was communicative and straightforward all the way through the process which ended with a successful transaction all the way around. I won't have any hesitation next time!

Heard of EW from Producer Michael (big fan btw). But if you know, then you know. I had just sold my Rolex watch and Beth was there with me every step of the way. I live in the bay area and she was a very quick communicator, guided me through step by step, and made the whole process easy and smooth. Selling a Rolex from afar was big to me since nowadays, there are just so many scammers and you just don't know who to trust. Beth on the other hand, actually even called and confirmed that she was a live person. So I appreciated that and my anxiety level went down. Within the next day, I had received my wire transfer. I just purchased a Patek Philippe 5905R and it was an extremely seamless process and they were extremely accommodating. Since I am living in Costa Rica right now I contacted Essential on whatsapp to see if they had the piece I was looking for. Beth, was there to help me each and every step of the way. I flew directly to LA to pick the watch up in person and because of traffic, obviously....its LA, I wouldnt make it in time so Beth met me at the shop even after they had closed. Beth didn't rush us out of the store and even helped us with another shopping need we had while in town. Can't say enough good about Beth, really down to earth and felt like it was more than just a sale to her, she lives for this stuff! Very grateful I found Essential watches and will be a long time customer.

Nice band, sturdy and durable. I only wish there were more colours to choose form.
