SAN REMO YOU ESPRESSO MACHINE no help from custom service ask about operation system on how to open system up to reset wifi on machine no help email them 10 time very poor help buyer be ware try some other brand this is not my first espresso machine had LA MARZOCO GS3 and mini line before very happen with the help they give like the look of the san Remo you espresso machine but find out it was a bata machine later they put new firmware out to help but if you not able to open the system up to down load firmware it no good no help the machine only 1 year old
