If I could leave 0 stars I would. Claimed to have sent me two letters, first one never received and second one I have received a MONTH after it states on the letter when there was only 14 days left to pay. Obviously can now not pay as they have transferred it to a debt collection company. They have used Royal Mail standard postage when there have been strikes on with no POD or tracking to actually show their letters have been getting delivered. I would have happily paid the initial fine as it was my own fault as I couldn't pay (although ironically it was a day that their payment website was down for the carpark!) and have been trying to speak to an actual human to resolve this but have been unsuccessful.

Absolute scum bags. The world's smallest no stopping sign you can find on springfields estate Manchester. I dropped my daughter off for a meeting and got fined £60. Not a helpful company, I tried to appeal but had to pay due to them not responding before the date of fine increase. This is how messed up thos country is that companies like this are aloud to operate.

There is no communication with the company in a way that creates understanding. Without even warning they proceeded with the court. No answers can be obtained via e-mail.
Greedy and thieves, they fined me at my house.
Random fines without evaluation, push the whole process to the driver.
Company that shouldn't exist. Just look at all the negative comments here or on google.
Disgusting, no communication, no professionalism.

This company are legal robbers. At least Dick Turpin wore a mask! Parked at Accrington multi story, after visit to Specsavers, suffered an angina attack and had to sit and use spray. Still was less than 15 mins over, dismissed my appeal. Going to take it to court! Awful company without compassion!

Today I received a "Final Notice" instructing me to pay £160 to ES PARKING ENFORCEMENT LTD, This "Final Notice" (The ONLY letter I received from them) was for parking on Accrington Arndale car park on the 22nd of August and - (surprise, surprise) was now legally too late to query or challenge.
Knowing that I had indeed paid the parking charge of £1 on that day, or that I had been sent no prior notices obviously means nothing, because I can’t prove it. However I remember it well because it was the first time we have visited Accrington for three years, my husband had an appointment and realising we had to pay now to park, he went on ahead while I faffed with the meter. It turned out to be one of those with the Reg number, so I had to walk back up to the level to get my car number because I wasn’t sure of it, then I had to walk back up again to put the ticket in the car. By the time I got to Specsavers my husband was out from his appointment and wondering where I was.
Being somewhat annoyed with my one and only "Final Notice", I looked this gang of con-merchants 'ES PARKING ENFORCEMENT LTD' up on Trust Pilot, and was not in the least surprised to find they’d pulled this trick before many times, including the exact same thing on Accrington Arndale car park on a couple of occasions.
So, fait accompli. Cough up or pay more! Just like a protection racket really.
I’d just like to point out that Visiting Accrington Arndale on 22nd August cost me £160 for nowt, I won’t be visiting again. And don’t ever throw your parking tickets away without photographing it.

Absolutely vile company. Was parked up waiting to go through a gate to enter my work place car park, imagine my horror when i receive a fine for £100!!! Its my access route to work you absolute scum!! Guy who answers the phone at preston has serious attitude problem and zero customer service skills. Appeal rejected by these absolute scamming scum

Had a final notice letter through as the first point of contact, so I rang the customer service team in Preston and was put through to very rude man so I asked to speak to the manager and to my shock he was the manager. They've tried charging me £170 for not paying to park but to their disappointment I had the parking ticket from the time of the incident with 1 hour 10 minutes left but because the ticket had slipped slightly down the dash they deemed it at not clearly visible! They didn't care I had proof and knocked it down to £50 like they were doing me favour. Absolute scammers.

Absolutely disgusting customer service, got laughed at on the phone, I was told that the police would receive a ticket if they was in the wrong too, nothing but a scam of a company who will do anything to get money from you, appeal and complain about any parking ticket you receive from this company!! Disgusting people

Absolute scum of a company. Hadn’t even ‘parked up’ photo is of my car IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD. Appeal rejected with a crappy generic response.

Spinning field gartside Road is trap. Grey signs "private land don't stop" facing sideways.
If it's such a private land than put gates on it. You allow businesses to operate from this road but won't let anyone get dropped off there.
You allow people to drive onto your private land than sting them with a fine by saying don't stop. How are you even allowed to operate with this scam. Unless you pay a share to higher authorities who are just turning a blind eye to what's going on.

These guys are ridiculous. I have a bowel disease and needed to use the bathroom urgently so i had to stop on the side of a road and use the bathroom in the restaurant and they gave me a ticket for it. Showed them my disabled badge to but they literally didnt even care. They were quick to snap up a pic of my car but werent wise enough to see me rushing out the car to use the bathroom. Honestly ridiculous and dont wish well for anyone whos part of the team issuing tickets.

My disabled wife charged £60 for forgetting to put her blue badge on the dashboard of her Motability car!!,wrote to them, just got back a BS! response, money grabbers!

Absolute chimps! I received a ticket parking in my employer's designated parking space, authorised by my employer and ES are still trying to recover fine and penalties from me through their solicitors which I refuse to pay. I am still parking in my employer's car parking space and have never received a fine since I have appealed the ticket. Make of it what you will. Shambolic!

i parked on a shopping multi storey car park in accrington paid 1 pound for allday in april 21st only today i have received a final demand cost of 160 pounds i received no prevous letters the letter states that i my stay was only 53 minuets long the fine reason for this was EXCEEDED MAXIMUM ALLOCATED OR PRE PAID TIME yet the 1pound allows you stay all day a big 2mt X.75 mt sign is displayed this came into force in April this firm are CON people and need to be removed NOW

No parking notice, just a letter, turned down my appeal, worst set of c*ntz I have ever had the displeasure to deal with! 💩🏠🏠

Absolutely shocking I have got a parking fine as I supposed to be parked in a no stopping or parking area I was driving out of my apartment block where another car was stopped in front of me and another car shot from behind me, so I was basicly wedged and couldn't move to get out, these scum bags have sent me a stopping fine when it's clear on the picture they sent I wasn't even pulled over I was still on the road so how can I be stopped. Makes no sense. Parasites these are absolute parasites

Faceless company who are simply in the game to milk money anyway they can. Don’t bother appealing a ticket. They don’t care. Just want your money. It’ll never change. These companies just get away with it.

Stopped to read their sign and received a £100 'Parking Charge Notice' for 'Stopping'.

I can see others have had their 'parking charges' canceled by the courts, but unfortunately, I can't justify the time.

I understand the necessity of parking enforcement, but this is plainly a trap.

It's disappointing that companies like this exist.

This is the most unprofessional company. They make it difficult for people to appeal. And when u tried phoning, I got options to choose after that it went dead.

They are not compassionate to individuals circumstances as I was previously advised. So I would not even bother to appeal as they will decline the appeal anyway.
