Very happy with product

Very happy with product, bissell drive belt, came with full instructions on how to replace belt, which made it very clear what you had to do, would recommend and first class service and delivery from espares could not have been better 10/10 many thanks james.

Awful company to deal with

Awful company to deal with. Would not recommend. Despite giving the serial number for my cooker they did not manage to send the correct element. We eventually ordered the correct one, but we had to then arrange the first one to be sent back using a special link. Refund didn’t arrive, contacted them twice to chase and was ignored. Then they said they hadn’t received it. Thankfully I had the tracking number and information on file. You simply cannot speak to these people on the phone either !! This is not the first time we have had issues with this company, we will not be using again, which is a shame as they are quite handy.

Fast Efficient Service

Fast Efficient Service.
Even though I Ordered the Incorrect Item.There staff were curious, kind and understanding.
They located the correct one and duly arranged delivery. Refund of first payment was also handled in the same Efficient manner.

What a brilliant service

What a brilliant service! Not only did eSpares help me diagnose the problem and supply to part i needed (a washing machine motoe) but they create clear easy to follow videos, so i could change it myself... fantastic!
