Incorrect dates were used in the transaction and I needed to cancel within 24 hours. They only gave back a potion of the money and that was after months of calling. Federal law states you are supposed to get a full refund if canceled within in 24 hours, which I did. Each person I talked to told me o would receive a full refund, and I never did. When I finally received part of the refund over 2 months had gone by. I don’t think I would have ever even got tha back had I not called at least 5 or more times.
WILL Never use them for any reason!!! Buyer beware!!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Esky has been holding my money hostage for over a month. They claimed my refund was processed on February 14th, but as of March 17th, there is NOT A SINGLE CENT on my account.
They are masters of copy-paste excuses and gaslighting their customers. They claim to have 'proof' of refund but refused to provide a legitimate ARN which is the only real proof in the banking world. This leads me to believe they never actually sent the money and are simply lying to buy time.
This is not a travel agency this is a black hole for your money. If you value your nerves and your hardearned cash, book directly with the airline. I am now forced to involve my bank for a chargeback and report them.
DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. AVOID ESKY AT ALL COSTS!

Finally received email stating tickets were emailed but still no tickets. Credit card was unable to refund because they received the email ticket confirmation when they placed complaint. Out $800.00. Plus cost of two new tickets thru reliable website.

Booked a flight for next September. Realized only after that this was an agency website and not booking direct with the airline. Fine, good on the eSky marketing team. Then I tried to get a refund—within 2-3 hours of purchasing the tickets via eSky. Their chat agent said “yes we can definitely give you a full refund”. I have the chat transcript. The company refused. When I contacted support again, another agent told me the eSky follows airlines policies. Hey guess what, the airline provides 24(!) hours grace period for customers to get full refunds. ESky is an awful company that does not abide by its own rules or any laws, it seems.
Update: As you can see they had someone reply to this review but as of March 2026 they still have not actually responded after I followed the instructions in their response. Doing the barest of minimums in damage control by providing cookie cutter responses to negative reviews without meaningful follow-up. That’s what you can expect with eSky.

I had a very disappointing experience. While I was in the process of buying a flight ticket, I accidentally left my phone unattended for a short moment and my child started tapping on the screen. Unfortunately, this resulted in a ticket being purchased for €110 without my knowledge. I immediately cancelled the booking, yet I was told that I would only receive a refund of €11. This is completely disproportionate and unacceptable, especially considering the ticket was never used and the cancellation was made right away. I understand that part of the responsibility is mine, but keeping almost the entire amount in such circumstances feels unfair and unethical. I would not recommend dealing with a company that handles honest mistakes this way.

This was my worst flight booking ever. This is manipulation and cheating. They show you one price at the start and make you believe they have the best offer. Then, when it is time to pay the sum significantly increases but you may not even notice! no warning, nothing! ... they had added 100 euros to the overall cost, which was the additional cost for their services... Their commission... I thought the process was smooth; however, only after I had paid, I understood that I had paid 100 euros more than I had planned... I am extremely dissappointed with their website, I feel manipulated and tricked... Be very careful with this website: check the price they offer at first and then double-check it is still the same price when its time to confirm your payment.

Doesn't deserve 1 star. 15 hour delay between flights. 1 stop flights 15 hrs apart, and different airports 200k apart. The worst ever, ever experienced. Both flights delayed further 2 hours with Corendion outward and return.

After encounting a problem with our tickets we tried to contact them. You can not talk to them! You have to talk to them through WhatsApp where you get automated AI messages. People who talk to you have zero comprehensive skills. You ask them something, they respond to somehting else.
Also, they DO NOT HAVE AN EMAIL ADRESS. THEY HAVE A FRICKING ONLINE FORM WITH 1000 CHARACTERS LIMIT. We live in the 21st century and they are living in the stone age.

This is clearly a scam - I was going to book my flights now with SAS - but Google sent me to this website (I think Google is complicit in this scam), and the website appeared in SAS colors and with some Scandinavian pictures. - However, I did not realize until I had booked with this company, and now I will get none of the protection that I wanted by booking through SAS and I realized that the booking may not include carry-on on which is always included in SAS bookings - Big mistake! - I am not sure what I will do. - It is a reminder to be careful when doing something online. This business model of this company is clearly aimed at someone like me, who is not careful - they may be a legitimate company, but this is not honest business practice, and I think Google is also complicit. - I see there are may that have made the same mistake.

I wanted to book directly with Sky Express. when I googled it, Esky appeared and i misunderstood as the airline web site. I booked a ticket and after few hours, I found that the ticket price is increased by 100 Euro. If I booked directly, it would have been much cheaper. When I contacted Esky agent, they refused to cancel my ticket which are only less than 12 hrs of booking and refused to refund. No one should book with Esky and it's a big scam company and keep away from them. I made a big mistake and would like to advise everyone to be careful about this company.

I will never use esky services again in my life and I absolutely do not recommend them to others - a scam company. Three months ago I bought plane tickets for 2 people through esky. The tickets cost 400 euros, and during payment, without my consent, esky deducted another 80 euros plus "administrative" fees from my bank card. Immediately after such an illegal calculation of funds, I contacted esky and my bank, demanding to cancel the order, but esky delayed the answer until they sent me electronic plane tickets, as if they could no longer be canceled... Then I demanded that they return to me at least their illegally deducted "commissions" - "administrative fees". It took three months of desperate correspondence with esky, as if esky was looking into my complaint. In the end, it turned out that the airline I bought the tickets for canceled the route and refunded the money for the tickets. Then esky refunded me only for the tickets, but did not refund my overpaid "administration" fees, calling it "normal practice". My "normal practice" with decent intermediaries is 5-10 eur administration fees when buying plane tickets, but certainly not 80 eur. Is there anywhere else in the world such a predatory company that considers 30% as "normal practice". "commission" from plane ticket prices for their resale? Decide for yourself what such "services" are worth and the inability to resolve the refund issue within 3 months.
Next day after sharing review in Trustpilot, esky answer:
'The refund amount does not cover the entire booking, only the cost of the ticket and related airport charges. The service fee and other products or services purchased together with the ticket are not refundable, following the accepted Website Regulations.
The service fee applies to the use of our flight search engine and booking system, as well as all other options that are described in the above-mentioned Regulations.
Please be advised that all charges were visible on the airline website while making booking.' - it were NOT VISIBLE while making booking!!! Shame on you!!!

CANCELED FLIGHT - 6 months later and no refund date defined
Flight AR1290 (May 9, 2024, at 10:20) was canceled, and we had to reorganize our return to Europe through other means (reservations canceled the same day: 5790058598 and 2802991137).
After 6 months of requesting the refund, we still have not received anything.
They will tell you they are requesting your refund from the airline, that they are waiting for responses, and other excuses. Unfortunately, the truth is that their customer service is terrible. They respond just to waste your time, fail to proactively follow up on your issue, and leave you hanging until you give up (this is being written 6 months later).
I regret to say that the only solution we have is to NEVER PURCHASE through this website again in the future.

UPDATE (20/11/2024): The airline's customer service says they have already issued the refund to the agency. Additionally, I have friends who bought their tickets directly from the airline, and they have already received their money. Let’s see what excuse Esky comes up with now... :/
