I had a virus hit my phone ESET did not…
I had a virus hit my phone ESET did not catch it ....had to reset my phone..the spot I got it said no threats were in it..
Little disappointed...but will continue to use.

I bought 2 coverages
I bought 2 coverages, one for myself and one for my wife. Mine went in flawlessly, but I had a lot of trouble getting my wife's coverage in place.
I tried to find a real person to talk to but nothing was listed. However I called sales and was rerouted to Tech support. He was very helpful and had me installed within minutes - he was also very polite.

Silent Assurance
ESET was easy to install in my computers and cellphones. What I appreciate most is that it works silently in the background, and doesn't inunndate me with Pop-ups constantly.

Very important software
Eset has been protecting me and my friends for years, with no problems.
I even lost a phone in a parking lot and with Eset's help recovered said phone from the people who found it and were trying to figure out how to open it , I was able to lock it and wipe the data, as well as take a picture of the person who had it!

We have been using ESET to protect our computers for the past 20 years and count on it. The only downside is that it takes so long to update if you don’t use the computer daily.
