Before ordering, I read the reviews and I was really sceptical and I was afraid to order. But the shoes that I wanted to order were much cheaper on esdemarca than on other platforms so I decided to risk it. I paid with PayPal and everything went smoothly. My order reached germany in few days. Shoes are as described so I am happy that I did not have to deal with customer service 😅
As a new customer of Esdemarca, I have a few questions. I had to do some research, but finally found an email address and wrote them.
No answer., although the message was read.
A kind reminder a few days later.
Again the email was read, yet again no answer.
They are onbiously only interested in your email address, and not in answering your questions.
Or in an order of a few hundred Euro.
I don't think that this is the right way to handle new customers, do you?

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a computer bag for my travel parting yesterday. The item was promised for delivery on the 3rd July. Since then I have received the same answer ‘they are checking the situation and will get back to me asap!’ In the meantime I had to find another bag for my trip. Frustrating and time consuming.

Was shipped to UK with no issues. Very prompt and professional service
Over 1 week delay and receiving emails daily on other offers and invites to review but no progress on delivery.
Best part is I asked if I could pay extra originally for faster delivery and they declined. The original expected date was 28th June then I clicked purchase and it changed to July 2nd. Now it’s July 7th and nothing….

I returned a pair of sandals using the returns method advised over 5 weeks ago and I still haven’t been refunded!! I’m owed over £60!! I emailed over a week ago to ask where my refund is and haven’t even had a reply!!
Appalling service and I’m very unhappy!! It’s so rotten that companies like this one can take your money in a second stating you can return if not suitable (which these sandals weren’t- they were very squeaky when worn) and then keep your money unlawfully. So unfair - this is daylight robbery.

Further update to my continuing problems with this company. No provision of a return address for my parcel. Can you imagine taking a parcel to the Post Office without an address to be sent to. Despite assurances by Esdemarca on Trust Pilot that they were sorting out the problem, nothing has happened. Conclusion? A hopeless supplier unable to cope with international sales.

I bought a pair of shoes which were delivered promptly. Unfortunately they didn’t fit and I returned them by same method of delivery using the same courier service. I was most disappointed to be charged approx. €25 .00 to return. When I purchased them it was approx. €5.00 for delivery. I live in Ireland and this charge would definitely not encourage me to buy again.

I was charged for three items despite only having one in my checkout. When I reached out, customer service placed the blame on me and offered no assistance in resolving the issue or processing a refund. I ultimately had to escalate the matter through my bank. Disappointing experience and poor customer care.

I ordered a pair of trainers on 6th of June. They took payment and confirmed despatched. The item has been in transit status ever since . Online says it's cleared customs etc but it's never been picked up or delivered. Their UK customer service phone number doesn't get answered just rings out then disconnects. Have emailed and no response at all . They have almost 100 pound of my money and failing to get any contact or response whatsoever. I have purchased other goods from them no problems. Why this time no delivery no response just ignoring me .
Update have contacted them again.they sent some emails to get me to sign and forward to you to authorise you to investigate your designated shipping company. You have failed to reply to me or update me you have not contacted refunded or credited my account. You have done nothing to put this right. Your UK customer service number does not work it rings out nobody answering your number have tried on numerous occasions it doesn't answer. This number is not in use . Your business practices are not compliant with my own and your countries laws and codes of practice. Never ever have any thing to do with this unscrupulous company. When you have a problem no resolution. Absolutely at end of tether with them

Company is terrible, sent a return label to print off then post in Post Box but Parcels at Royal Mail have said it wasn’t an appropriate label for Royal Mail. They respond in Spanish & are not refunding my £167.00. Escalated on PayPal but people should STAY away from this website

Returns policy is misleading. Says a courier will come to your home and you don’t need a printer. When I tried to return there was no other option than taking to Royal Mail depot which only opens 2 hrs a day, paying £5 plus charge and you have to print your own label. Sent complaint into Customer Service and they replied in a different language. After getting message translated by google it read, this is the only option for the UK. Should be clear in returns policy and as return address on label is Hounslow and everything else on website is in English it is strange that customer service can’t reply in English to a message they have read and clearly understood. Very poor service! Avoid

Where do I start?
I ordered some trainers that were due to be delivered and the delivery guy only had to wait five seconds for my boyfriend to answer the door, but he didn't. I asked for the parcel to be delivered the a nearby Hermes place, which was an option offered, but that got ignored.
It was confirmed that the return was done and they had received the parcel, yet I still haven't got the payment information with Klarna but I am still going to be charged for the delivery and the return.
I see how this company makes money and it's the only company I've dealt with where I still have to pay delivery charges even though my request, which was offered to be, was ignored!
Terrible customer service, terrible returns policy.

Return Instructions hopeless. Returning a parcel to a collection point with no instuction/label as to it's required destination plus no internal documentation to indicate where the refund is due.

Literally being ignored for weeks. I have returned my items following their process and I’ve asked to confirm they’ve been received their end as my end says it has. Appreciate the refund takes time but I have had radio silence on all my emails. Not filling me with confidence when the return is around £250!!!

I was really apprehensive about ordering on this website, based on the reviews, but I really wanted the shoes that I finally ordered. I took care to order via PayPal to give me more protection. Once I ordered the item, I received a message from the website saying to check the delivery, to take photos, if the package is damaged or looks untoward. The delivery was a little later in the day than expected, but to my joy, the shoes are perfect. The box got a little squashed in transit, but I am absolutely delighted with my purchase. So, the shoes were a great price, the delivery was received 5 days after the online order, and the delivery estimate was on time. Thank you Esdemarca.
Did not receive my item and reported to them. The played me off for 1 month and replied we cannot help you. The customer service is truly awful !!!. All the negative reviews are correct DON NOT BUY FROM HERE. They don't care for you. It is a total fraud company. I highly do not recommend to buy anything from that website, when if an issue apprears it’s gonna be difficult to sort it. They are a heartless organisation and having to use SECTION 75 of my credit card to get my money back.
All the negative review there are true don't buy from them. There post all over Tiktok on them as a fruad company. Had they been in UK trading standards would have closed them down.
AVOID at ANY COST if you want to save yourself the hassle and your money.
