TravelScoot Shop Munich Poor Customer Service.
On the 5/06/20 I made a major purchase, £475, from this company, being a goods/passenger trailer for my mobility scooter, when the parcel of the components arrived the contents were not factory fresh, it was a randomly loosly packed box of components that had been reboxed, I suspect from display or demonstration. Two of the items, due to the poor packing were damaged in transit. I emailed the company on the day the parcel arrived along with photographs of the two damaged items, the broken part of the goods carrier was replaced, having had to return the item first at their request and expence, they sent the replacement part. The other useabe but damaged item was the seat. Due to my disability, my need for the passenger option was urgent, I have requested a replacent seat by email time and time again over the past weeks to no avail. They will only deal with it if I first reurn the damaged seat (at their expence) I have explained the reason, my disability, I need this item, it cannot be used without the seat. It has been stated by them that they may wish to refurbish the seat, an outcome that I object to, they have also offered what they describe as a "Small Light Kit" in compensation for the damage, I have rejected this.
This is all of their own making, it is very poor customer service, given the will this could easily been sorted out rightaway. I have a record of all the emails, on occasions my emails have been ignored. (Ref. number 26516)
