most unoptimized garbage i have played yet predatory p2w system if u dont buy bank space u cant even properly do quest bc u dont even have room to stash quest items and gear,infested with cheaters no other game dissapointed me like this and if u want to refund it you cant absolute scam

Game is amazing, the Devs are greedy and dont care. My email was lost and recovering my account has been the worst experience - 15 emails front and back, each time I supply peace of info they ask for another bit - just ask it all in ONE EMAIL !!! also provided screenshots of bank transfers then got asked to confirm card details, which I did and they said they were wrong... what a JOKE! Bank confirmed card details I provided were correct, these guys just dont give a ... and wont ever help you out if it means they can profit again.. H O R R I B L E COMPANY - Nikita wake up!! YOU ARE KILLING A GREAT GAME

It is a cheater infested game and BSG is doing nothing against it!!!
Dont get me wrong its an aswesome game desin but the publischer BSG is doing nothing against the cheaters. I am playing it roundabout 5 years now and its getting worse and worse dont waste your money on it!

Their coding for one is the worst. You can have some of the best tech, running admin, lowest settings and you will still have connection issues, from multiple states from multiple internet hosts, it still the same, their codes are garbage. DO NOT spend any money on this game.

The developers betrayed the community time and time again, with the final straw being the removal of the edge of darkness edition which was basically the games "supporter edition" that promised the buyers every DLC, addon, and anything else you could think of that could come out thats related to escape from tarkov. They pretended like we didn't exist as they added a more expensive edition that included a paywall to a new gamemode and had pay-to-win mechanics that were only accessible through that new 250 dollar edition. The development has been awful and the game has a terrible history with hackers constantly ruining the experience. I hope the game fails on launch just to teach these devs a lesson for betraying their supporters loyalty.

I’ve been trying to recover my Escape from Tarkov account that I purchased about 5 years ago. Unfortunately, my email is no longer recognized, which I discovered is a recurring issue for other players as well.

I still have the Xsolla receipts, with full transaction ID, date, amount, payment method, and email used at the time of purchase. However, Battlestate Games support is refusing to accept them, insisting that I provide a “full-size screenshot” from the payment system – which is not possible anymore, since the original credit card doesn’t even exist.

I’ve already provided all the information any normal support team would consider sufficient proof of purchase, yet they are blocking me from recovering my account.

It feels unfair and disrespectful to loyal players who supported the game years ago.

total bullshit constant bugs and cheaters do not buy this game it is well designed but everything else sucks

This is half of the best game on the market. the other half is an absolute disgrace of cheaters ruining your entire experience. The money hungry devs must be hitting the bricks right now, because they clearly are doing nothing to stop the rampant decay of their game

Cool idea for a game but executed poorly and it's not worth your time if you've got a life. Even if you wanna play the pve to avoid the sweaty nerds, the AI love to snap onto you and kill you instantly regardless of how quiet you are. So if u don't live for sweaty gaming deffo don't bother with this game.

I’ve spent over €300 on Escape from Tarkov, including the base game and multiple upgrades or items over time.

After losing access to my account, I contacted Battlestate Games support and provided all requested information:
– Email address
– Payment receipts (PayPal)
– Purchase and activation details
– Login confirmation emails from Battlestate

Despite this, support keeps refusing to recover my account because I “didn’t provide the login name,” even though it clearly appears in their own emails.

I’ve now been handed over to multiple agents, but the case still isn’t being handled seriously. I’ve proven ownership beyond any reasonable doubt.

Extremely disappointed with how Battlestate Games treats paying customers and handles account recovery. I would strongly caution anyone before investing in this game.

This game would be fantastic if the stupid developers spent a single ounce of effort trying to stop cheaters. ARENA and normal tarkov are a crap show of hacks and there is no way to be competitive against people using wall hacks and aim bots. Do not play this game unless you like getting killed by little POS cheaters and rats that sit in bushes for 40 minutes at extract waiting for you to bring them your hard earned loot.

Seriously, do not buy this game. I would ask for a refund, but the developers dont do that, despite what they may say.

I LOVE WAITING 15 MINUTES TO GET INTO A GAME JUST FOR IT TO CRASH, HAVE NO AUDIO, OR LAG TO SHIT

i bought tarkov, not arena. now arena people get benefits for tarkov.

just because their sht arena game is failing they are forcing their tarkov gamers to play that if they wanna stay up to date with money and gear.

Why in the world would anyone want to play the cheater infested PvP or the PvE where you die back to back from the goons spawning right next you(or just tracking you the entire RAID), Partisan who has no audible footsteps who is supposed to hunt rats in PvP, a boss who can see you before you see them or getting killed from an auto grenade launcher because the task is next to a boss area lets not forget the invisible landmines buried in Concrete that kill you instantly. Terribly unbalanced game. I will change the review if they make some changes to make the game more balanced. NOT EASIER but more Balanced. Besides that it is filled with game crashing bugs specifically on Streets Of Tarkov.

A video-game that does 'wipes' is not a good video-game. It is not balanced, & relying on wipes is not a bandage that should be used. Only infecting the wound, so to speak.

I've been banned for one occasion of RMT, fair game. But what strikes me, is that they let me buy another account and ban me again after 1 month of play (when I've invested in a top edition and bought some skins) while I was playing fair 100%!

Their shady strategy is very non-consumer friendly. No way to appeal or somehow talk to them. They just straight up reply with auto message and don't give a damn about your time and money. Never seen such a shitty attitude towards a player.

This company doesn't care about your time invested in this game, nor do they care what you have to say!

I have the game for almost 6 years, its a joke, full of cheaters, performance ish,the player game mechanics it just horrible.
