Screen for Suzuki GSXS-1000 doesn't fit

I bought a screen for a Suzuki GSXS-1000.
The first of the 2 brackets I tried to fit was too small. The edges of the bracket were so sharp that when they touched the plastic on the bike they cut in.

Ermax insisted the bracket would fit despite me sending them several photos and said I must have forced it to fit. I did not force it.

I've now sent more photos and measurements.
Let's see what they do next.

*****************************************************************
What they did next was get angry and offensive.
My response in conclusion:
"The screen support does not fit correctly and is of low quality.
The adjustment kit is useless. Suggest that it will take 15 minutes to adapt is ridiculous.

You are not allowed to get angry with a complaint about your incompetence of engineering.

I made a support that adapts because we love your screen.

The screws you have provided are a strange American key that no one in Europe has. I had to make a key to adapt.
The screws are too short. They do not reach the thread in rubber supports without compressing the rubber. To compress the rubber to ensure that the screws reach the wire, with the mounted screen is very difficult, delicate and dangerous for the screen.

You cannot have provided this kit to someone else with this motorcycle and you do not understand the problems you create. Good luck with the next customer who is unlikely to have as much patience and competence as me."

Looks good but doesnt fit.

Ordered a replacement rear hugger for my 63plate GSR750. I really liked the fact that it was colour coded to match my bike. The product arrived in reasonable time and looked good ...... but it doesn't fit.

I understand that the term "hugger" implies that it will fit "snuggly" however this was rubbing on my wheel. The only way I could get it to stop was to jury rig some brackets on to the rear arm to lift the hugger up. By doing this you risk the hugger rubbing on the wall of the tyre as it is shaped to the wheel. This also badly affects the whole look of the hugger. I also don't like the idea of travelling at speed with a jury rigged solution.Advice from Ermax was to check that i had the correct tyres and use the adjustment in the fixing method to correct the issue. I had already tried this without success.
