Sent over a drawing for a steel post with pre drilled end plates in the evening. Received a quote very early the following morning- very good price! Phoned to go ahead and went and picked up the day after. Very happy with the whole service. I came to Eral to get a piece of Stainless Steel cut to size. Immediately i met Danae, CAD designer, who was friendly and welcoming. Soon the manager came over, i told him what i wanted and within a few minutes it was cut, accurately, i paid a reasonable amount and went on my way - Excellent.

The staff are very friendly and willing to help you no matter how big or small the job is.
I went to Eral metal to have a Blanking plate made for a valve. They immediately called a member of their staff and explaind to them what I wanted done .
The staff member set about doing the work staright away.
Everything was done very quickly and perfectly and at a price that makes you smile.

Walked in not expecting much but the service provided was really quick and efficient and you can tell they know what they're doing. They broke down the issues and provided a good price and time frame. Upon accepting they got straight to it and it was done and completed to a high standard.

Our preparation kitchen has no window, totally like Sauna room in this hot Summer. The installed the vetilation system for us, it works properly and changes A LOT now!!! Not humid anymore, very professional work, nice and beautiful!
