Poor design and quality, no support or warranty

Unfortunately I purchased a snow shovel from this company. And in a short amount of time discovered it’s poor design and build quality when it failed. Including non stainless fasteners that started rusting shortly after use. Then failure of the plastic shovel section with cracks and complete failure.
Customer support refuses to provide any warranty or replacement.
Further research I find multiple negative reviews on google and Walmart web page. Referring to bad quality and no customer support.
