Great!
I ordered a jumper from here but after doing it I realised I ordered the wrong size! I sent them an email around 10 mins after ordering and they responded really quickly and changed the size in my order which was so helpful. The item was then delivered really fast and I got a discount because it was my first order!

Fantastic shop with a great choice of designer clothes for men and women. Great helpful staff. Ive been shopping here and also the previous shop they owned for 40 years. Definitely worth a visit or a browse on their website. Very highly recommended Eqvvs 👌 👍

I incorrectly placed an order for collection in store. After contacting EQVVS, they immediately cancelled the order.
I then reordered and my clothing was with me in 2 days.

Have visited the store a couple of…
Have visited the store a couple of times in my recent visits to Lincoln but decided to purchase a Belstaff top online from EQVVS. An easy decision to make with online help fast and courteous.
I have always found the shop staff to be pleasant and friendly without hassling you all the time to make a purchase.
The shop in Lincoln has a huge range of of top quality clothing and their website is easy to use too. So, either in store or online EXVVS is a great one-stop shop.

Can’t fault this company
Can’t fault this company. My order arrived and was not in the colour I was expecting. They agreed to exchange for a different colour, holding back the colour I wanted so that no one else was able to buy it. Communication and customer service has been excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again in the future!

I ordered an envelope bag and was pleasantly surprised by the service. I signed up to the mailing list for a generous discount and the order even arrived on a Sunday having been ordered on a Saturday. The bag was in pristine condition so I will definitely consider using them over the direct brand in future.

Excellent customer service from Dominic
I had ordered a polo shirt from EQVVS and hadn’t received it over 10 days later. I contacted them and within a day they had rectified the problem by sending out a replacement order because some how the original order had gone missing. Special shout to Dominic, thank you for your assistance, top notch customer service.
