Awful experience.
Awful experience.
I received both red and amber alerts regarding the electoral register, despite explaining that I am not eligible to be on it. I contacted the company, clearly explained the issue, and asked for help, but they did absolutely nothing to resolve it.
The response was poor and unhelpful, especially compared with other companies such as Experian, which I have found to be much better and more reliable.
Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience.

Really had to deal with as far getting…
Really had to deal with as far getting information updated . The data is not updated as you would expect for a paid membership unlike Experian who updates every month and when you reach out you get to raise a dispute and next thing it’s closed without anything heen resolved I just wasted 14.99 for nothing

Horrific customer service
The mental and physical gymnastics they put you through the try and Cancel their subscription.
I have emailed their complaints email 3 times telling them to cancel and it’s nonsense automated emails to look as cases and cancel on their website, when there isn’t any options to do that.
If they charge me a subscription fee I’ll be seeking legal advice
