Bad experience with their products
I tried several Ecology products and I’m very disappointed( 6 months subscription which unfortunately not yet finished).
• Omega‑3 oil: effective, but too heavy for my stomach, had to cancel subscription.
• Protein shakes (vanilla, chocolate, third flavor): super oily, heavy, low protein — did not like them at all.
• Ocean Miracle moisturizer / day & night cream: unpleasant smell, dried out after two months, does not moisturize.
• Marine collagen: tastes like smashed fish bones — very unpleasant.
Overall, the products are heavy, oily, and poorly formulated. I cannot recommend this company or its products.

Top quality products and outstanding customer service
I’ve been using some Eqology products for over a year now. For me the main and most important one is the omega 3 oil. I’m 6 months my omega 3 levels went from bad to very good! I used the collagen for 6 months or longer and really liked the results, am on a break now. During the winter I take the K2D3 vitamins, also very happy. The customer service is always outstanding, prompt reply, action and support whenever I need.
I highly recommend Eqology, it’s not cheap but worth every money!

4 years with EQ products
It's nearly 4 years now that I have EQ Omega-3, D3/K2 and Nordic Energy booster and I'm convinced that's one of the reasons I ever feel fitter. I love the Omega 3 oils BUT NOT the customer support
I love the Omega 3 oils, the product itself is top quality no problem.
But I have a HUGE PROBLEM with the customer support.
When my subscription run out after 6 months I ordered 3 new bottles that was my intention, but somehow I didn’t pay attention so turns out I made three subscriptions, I now receive 3bottles/month so now I have a cupboard full of Omega 3 oils. I reached out to customer support to correct my mistake. But they refuse to correct my mistake and end the subscriptions, they offer a delay for 6 months (I already have oils for 9 months) So BE very carefull when ordering your oils!!!!

That said, our team always tries to find the most practical solution for our customers. In cases like this, extending or delaying the deliveries is often offered so that customers have enough time to use the products they already received.
Of course, we also understand that mistakes can happen when placing orders online.
For customers who prefer more flexibility without a subscription commitment, we always recommend using the one-time order option instead.

Eyes improved
The oil tastes very good and after 4 months it improved my eye sight, so I don't need my glasses any more (I'm 43 years old). I have more energy and I feel generally fitter. I'm glad I found this and I also started to take the vitamins. I can only recommend it!
