Transfer case X5

Ordered a transfer case for a BMW X5.
Communication in English was almost impossible and never received a reply. Deposit was returned only after I emailed them.

Also about the transfer case, while the correct model, had a component for the BMW X3/4 instead of the X5. Took me a long time to identify what was causing a clunking sound inside the car until we saw that the gear mount was not the correct size for this vehicle. The quality of the transfer case itself is good.

Bad company

Bad company. Don't return deposits. Always delete negative reviews on ebay and Google maps. Absolutely useless customer service. Don't waste your time and money on them.
