All cleaned, carpet looks like when we first moved in the flat, thank you

I want to say a big, big thank you to Alina and team for deep cleaning the flat of my mum’s elderly gentleman neighbour. His flat had got into a terrible state and there were some unpleasant things that needed to be cleaned up.

The three of them worked solidly for 7 hours, a total of 21 hours cleaning and they turned a very, very dirty flat into a clean and sparkling flat.

I was so grateful that they were able to carry out this clean. We had already been told by another local cleaning company that they were unable to do the clean.

I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a difficult job done.

Not only were the cleaners excellent but also everything was dealt with efficiently and quickly by Caron in the office.

Had an end of tenancy clean, very impressed spotless top to bottom.
Highly recommended a little pricey but you pay for what you get which is a 1st class clean.

I'm absolutely thrilled with Andreia and Jose! I needed an end of tenancy clean in my 2 bedroom flat while I was still living in one of the bedrooms. The whole flat was cleaned from top to bottom including some specific areas that I requested they focus on. There's a reason why this company is rated top on Truspilot. All equipment and chemicals were provided by them and they've left my flat cleaner than I've ever seen it. Thanks both of you!

Andreia and Jose were brilliant - incredibly thorough job and left our kitchen and bathroom looking brand new. I'm usually a fussy cleaner and have been disappointed with cleaners in the past - not this time though! Would highly recommend.

Alina and her team were excellent: they worked to completely remove a huge build up of dust and cat hair from the previous tenant, as well as leaving the bathroom looking so new it’s as if it’s just been fitted. 5 stars.

Adreia and Jose were absolutely brilliant and has transformed my house in three days! Every single room from top to bottom is sparkling clean and tidy. They were very efficient, focused and worked really hard, very thorough; and made the whole house spotless, clean and pleasant. I thought they would find my study a big challenge but it seemed nothing was too difficult for them, amazing skills, very competent, friendly and extremely polite in conversion. I will highly recommend them to anyone.

I continue to be surprised by how clean the flat is and how thorough their work was. I will definitely book them for another deep clean next year!

Best cleaning service
Andreia and Jose came to our house to do the end of tenancy cleaning. We didn't have to explain anything because they stated that they clean from the ceiling to the floor...and oh dear lord did they clean the flat from top to bottom. SPOTLESS.
Great work, the cleaners were very nice people as well, smiling and overall a joy to interact with.

A fantastic service from Andrea and Jose. We had booked an industrial clean as we were leaving our flat. They were on time, brought all their own tools/products and very efficient and thorough. Jose even helped me with some heavy boxes as I was finishing up moving out. Really recommend their services and will be using them again in future.

Those guys did really good work, even my house was clean when i got in they did the extra hard work and pay attention to detail. My house was a three apartment - i paid for one bedroom but because it was in a good condition they did an extra room by themselves.

They do offer key pick up and delivery but comes with an extra charge if the location is more than 30 mins away? Which mine was not its an average of 15 to 20 mins but they probably got this result from google maps due to busy hour. So someone called me for an extra charge which i refused to pay cause i was not aware of it.

Apart from some tiny bits they did worth the price.

Like many others, it was Andreia and Jose who came to our home. And, like a pair of cleaning-product-wielding whirlwinds, they swept through the flat and turned a tired, dirty, dust-covered dwelling into a sparkling show-home that we will not actually be showing to anyone, ever, because we don't want this perfection sullied by the muddy shoes, skin particles and hair follicles of our friends and family.
We will now be booking them on an annual basis, only because we probably can't afford to do it on a monthly one.
This particular thankless job was booked to spirit away the mess after a new bathroom was fitted and a wall and ceiling basically caved in because of the slapdash nature of the last bit of work done there probably 50 years ago. The levels of dust therefore made this no small task.
Bang - they arrived at 7.58am. Bang, they were gone at 4.58pm, having nailed the hell out of it.
Highly recommended if you have a similar issue, or if you just want to remember what clean looks like in today's hectic world.

10/10! Moved into our new home few days ago. It needed more than a deep clean.... Jose and Andreia came in and make the place look new!! What a fantastic job they have done and we could not be more pleased!! They were so professional, efficient and very quick! Will 100% recommend and will be using them again! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Booked end of tenancy clean with EP Cleaners. Andrea and Josef arrived on time and worked hard throughout the day. They did a really good job and the kitchen, in particular, was left in a great condition. Overall, despite being at the higher end of the pay scale, it was definite value for money.

Andrea did an amazing job. Left a very dirty oven and sink like new, thoroughly cleaned a very dirty carpet that had been left behind and left the bathroom, kitchen and windows sparkling.
We are due to gave some renovations done and would definitely hire Andrea via EP cleaners again.
